Best recipe for the Choc Ripple Biscuits - Choc Ripple Cake!
Whip up some cream with a little powdered sugar and some vanilla - like you would use for a cake. Make a log with the biscuits and put cream in between. once all done, coat the entire thing in cream and put in the refrigerator (covered under plastic wrap or in a covered container) for 24 hours.
Basically the biscuits absorb the moisture from the cream and go soft and gooey. The cream may look a bit cracked but that is normal because the biscuits have absorbed it.
Slice with a sharp knife at a 45 degree angle. Server with whatever you like - more fresh cream, icecream, custard - literally whatever you like.

Hence the ZB total flop. Yeah the US wasn’t importing any more commodores cos chev was closing that plant down but it was also holden shutting down before it was released. In my opinion the best way to eat Chocolate Ripple biscuits is to make Chocolate Ripple cake. It is so easy, get some whipping cream, add a little vanilla, and a little granulated sugar it you'd like it a little sweeter. Whip the cream til it holds a peak, the spread the cream on the Chocolate Ripple biscuits, sandwiching them together. Stand them on a plate touching, when all the biscuits have cream on them that way. You then spread the remaining cream over the outside. Cover with cling wrap, and put in the fridge for at least a few hours, but overnight is better.
The cream softens the biscuits and it turns into more like a cake texture. You can crush up all kinds of things to sprinkle on top. My personal favourite topping is Flake.

Steve Irwin passed away on the 4th September and Peter Brock on the 8th September. Three Australian icons all gone in just 12 days that year.
