@@luisalejandrolopez6007she was waiting in like to get on the ride when a metal piece fell off the coaster and hit her in the head. allegedly she suffered brain damage from this metal piece striking her in her head
She just has severe, irreversible brain damage but at least sheâs still alive

Dragster is triple the height of Zamperlaâs tallest coaster of 118ft and their fastest coaster is 55mph.
they have advertised multiple times that they can make their lsms hit i believe they said 125 mph so that isnât really a problem

@@VECTOR_Coasters then i'd take an advertised top speed with a grain of salt. That 125mph is also probably not for a 5 car train. You need a heavy train to clear the tophat (if its staying a tophat)

And now it sits at CEDAR POINT unused, at the moment, with mechanical problems. WOW! What a good start to the season at CEDAR POINT! Plus, no one knows when it will reopen. CEDAR POINT is batting a 1000. Peace.
I couldn't believe my luck, me and my friends waited over an hour to ride the dragsted because it was under maintenances (as usual) and this had stopped me every time I ever tried to ride it. Well the one time we finally decided to wait we were able to ride it first when it opened back up. Just a couple days later I saw the accident in the news and couldn't believe it

I was actually at Cedar Point when the accident happened. My brother and my mom were both in line for Dragster when it happened.

If you stay in the Marina or RV park you can enter the park an hour early and ride the dragster or millennium nonstop basically, it's the best

I don't think the spike will be that big. There's no point in making it that tall except for the record, so I think the price will outweigh the record.

Intamin also does swing launches using LSM. Just take Toutatis at Parc Astérix in France. Although LSM has smooth acceleration and a good launch, but I'd kill for a S&S pneumatic launch.
S&s launches are like Intamin hydraulic launches on steroids, just look at Dododonpa, Ring racer and Maxx force. If it was added this ride would be TERRIFYING TO THE NEXT LEVEL but soo fun!!

Thatâs a little to extreme. Anything past 400 ft was rediculus. 500. Ft be a hell no. 500 ft donât seem safe at all
I guess they would have to add a trim break or something like that to reduce the speed. I really doubt there's enough space to fully make a 500ft drop without having too much g-force.

I watched it fail in 2019. Didnât break but didnât make it to the top and then went back down. Whatâs crazy is nobody got off the waited for it to go again. The ABC audacity of the mofos to stay on it after if failed though.
It did that constantly and they actually implemented that into the new version of this ride
Yeah rollbacks were amazing. Thereâs nothing like getting to the top of the hill and feeling it stall out then roll backwards. Itâs now part of the new ride

Everyone is missing something! You will launch straight into the spike 305 ft. Then reverse launch into the old ttd hill, of 420ft.
The launch forward will be around 120 mph, the reverse launch will be around 135.
New theme and name will be "dragon lightning"

depends on how you count it. if dragster still ends up consistently going higher than kingda ka, many will consider it to be taller.

I would imagine it has to; Iâm no engineer but if they plan on keeping that giant hill and adding to it, thereâs no other way to send a car up there. Other than throwing it up the hill at 120 mph.

Intamin is working on Falconâs Flight. Zamperla is working on Top Thrill 2 the reimagined version of Top Thrill Dragster. The OG Top Thrill Dragsterâs manufacturer âIntaminâ, is the one working on Falconâs Flight.

This would be so cool I just donât see how Zamperla can do this. Also, I donât see why they would employ zamperla to do this considering they donât really have any experience with anything this big I donât know why they wouldnât go back to intamin, even if theyâve had their issues in the past.

I highly doubt Intamin isn't involved. Zamperla doesn't have the experience for something like this.
