I have a doubt i own a 2003 bullet but after the restoration when i am riding in 3 rd gear my bullet start to vibrates and chain noice begins to occur even i am going in slow speed
വേഗം correct ആകാത്തത് കൊണ്ടു മാത്രമേ അങ്ങനെ സംഭവിക്കൂ. ഇനി ഒരു കാര്യം ചെയ്യൂ.. half clutch ൽ rev match ന് ശ്രമിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് gear down shift ചെയ്യണം... എന്നാൽ ഇടക്കുള്ള neutral position ൽ എത്തുമ്പോഴേക്കും full clutch ആക്കി താഴത്തെ gear ഇടാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചു നോക്കൂ.
Bro oru doubt.... എന്റെ 4s Electra ഇപ്പൊൾ കുറച്ച് ദിവസമായി foot liver വഴി 3-4 gearil വീഴുന്നില്ല.. neutral gear വച്ചാണ് ഇപ്പൊൾ 3-4 gearilekk പോകുന്നത്... Any guess ? സഹോയുടെ അഭിപ്രായം കൂടി കേട്ടിട്ട് gearbox ഇറക്കാം (diy) എന്നു കരുതി... Expecting your reply....🥰🥰🥰
Gear box മൊത്തം അഴിക്കേണ്ടി വരാതെ പറ്റുമോന്നു ഒന്നു നോക്കൂ. ഒന്നുകിൽ gear puller ratchet മെക്കാനിസം... അല്ലെന്ക്കിൽ pluncher.. ഇത് രണ്ടും ഒന്നു അഴിച്ചു re -set ചെയ്തു നോക്കി പറ്റിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ മാത്രം gear box inner cover അഴിക്കുക.

can we up shift gears without applying clutch lever with accelerator throttle off? except the first gear.
No... As both side of the clutch have weights attached (engine with flywheel in one side and the vehicle's weight with the rider on the other side).

Use less weight oil in it. If the problem is not solved change the oil seals.
Rev match ചെയ്തിട്ടും ചില സമയത്തുള്ള gear down പ്രയാസം കാണുന്നുണ്ട്, അതുപോലെ തന്നെ upshifting സമയത്തും ഇടക്ക് വീഴാറില്ല. എന്തായിരിക്കും പ്രശ്നം?
