അതിന്റെ പണം കൂടി കൊടുത്തു Fully Synthetic oil, വാങ്ങി ഒഴിക്കൂ... അതാണ്‌ ഏറ്റവും നല്ലത്. Flush കൊണ്ടു നമ്മുടെ വണ്ടിക്കു വലിയ ഗുണം ഒന്നും ഇല്ല. flush ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയാണനെങ്കിൽ കുഴപ്പം ഒന്നും ഇല്ല. പക്ഷെ വലിയ ഗുണവും ഇല്ല. അഴുക്കു മൊത്തം ഒന്നും വെളിയിൽ പോകില്ല. (ആക്സോബ്ലേഡ് കൊണ്ടു ചുരണ്ടിയാലും പോകാത്ത അഴുക്കു എങ്ങനെ ആണ് flush കൊണ്ടു പോകുന്നത്) പിന്നെ ഒരു സംശയം.. അങ്ങയുടെ വണ്ടി ഇത് വരെ engine അഴിച്ചിട്ടില്ലേ..? ഇത് വരെ എന്തൊക്കെ പണി ചെയ്തു..?
The initial days. Same year I fixed all the problems with the help of an expert mechanic in Coimbatore so from 2006 I never touched engine , I regularly do oil services in 3000 kilometres.
As I said in the initial days I don't know the character of my bike and I am using a two stroke vehicle before, so I ride it very roughly (120 kilometer speed) from my home town to Coimbatore. So some issues happened in the engine. Atter fixing all the problems in 2006 I never had any issues from engine part except cluch plate, chain and spoket etc.
If Honda can make S2000 & hold its world record for 10 years !! They are the masters of Reliable Naturally Aspirated IC engines (especially Gasoline). Forget those GDI's & Turbos that Germans & Americans mostly relay on. If Honda can over throw Royal Enfield from their home land, India is not an exception. Honda is the only brand that gives us confidence to redline an Engine, without breaking our bank. BTW, Toyotas may be reliable, but u won't redline it coz they are never fun to ride...... ha ha Their knowledge potential is soo vast & wide from a small Lawn movers to Jet Planes & even Robots. As an Indian I always wish, the day ll come, an Indian brand standing par with a Japanese one, so that I can opt for an Indian. But believe it or not the IC engine technology is absolutely a challenging one, not for faint hearted ones. Any way we all are moving to electric, so hope, we Indians can perform there. An IC engine my be invented by Germans, but Japanese makes it the best today. I like them coz, more than a car or engine, Japanese knows the value of Natural resources, coz they don't have those in plenty at their Island nation, like gas guzzling Americans or Diesel Turbo charged Germans.

@@RKR1978 ഞാൻ check ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ വണ്ടിയിൽ റെഗുലേറ്റർ ഇല്ല. പകരം 6w diode വച്ചു ഒരു ബ്രിഡ്ജ് rectifier ഉണ്ടാക്കി alternator ഇൽ നിന്ന് നേരിട്ട് അതിലേക്കു കൊടുതിരിക്കയാണ്. അതിന്റെ out ആണ് ബാറ്ററിയിൽ വരുന്നത് 30v മുതൽ 110v വരെ ബാറ്ററിയിൽ കാണിക്കുന്നു സ്റ്റാർട്ടിഗിൽ. ഒരു വർഷത്തിന് മുൻപ് ഒരു ദൂരയാത്രയിൽ വയറിങ് കിറ്റ് തകരാർ മൂലം ഒരു വർക്ഷോപ്പിൽ മാറിയിരുന്നു. അവർ ചെയ്ത പണിയാണ്. ഇപ്പോൾ നിലവിൽ റെഗുലേറ്റർ ഇല്ല വണ്ടിക്കു. ഇനി എന്തെങ്കിലും മാർഗം

Sir എന്റെ 2009 model വണ്ടിയാണ് മുന്നേ 37മൈലേജ് കിട്ടിയിരുന്നു ഇപ്പോൾ 18നും 20നും ഇടയിലാണ് കിട്ടുന്നത് കാർബുറേറ്റർ പലതവണ clean ചെയ്തിട്ടും മാറ്റമില്ല plug clean ചെയ്തു 1km ഓടുമ്പോയേകും നല്ല രീതിയിൽ കരിപിടിക്കും ഇതിനെന്താണ് പരിഹാരം
Carburetor മാത്രം അല്ല mileage നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്നത്.. വണ്ടിയുടെ Over all condition നും നിരവധി ഘടകങ്ങളും ആണ്. പിന്നെ carburetor അങ്ങനെ എപ്പോഴും എപ്പോഴും clean ചെയ്യേണ്ട മട്ടിൽ അഴുക്ക് ആകുന്ന ഒന്നല്ല. Plug ൽ കരി വരാൻ 2സാധ്യത ഉണ്ട്... 1 engine oil കത്തി 2 petrol അളവിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആയി.
അല്ല. എന്ന് ആണ് എനിക്കു തോന്നുന്നത്. Push rod വഴി valve തുറന്നാലും chain/gear വഴി തുറന്നാലും അതും thumb മായി ബന്ധം ഒന്നും ഇല്ല എന്നാണ് എനിക്ക് മനസിലാക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നത്.
@@RKR1978 bro, i think .... It depends on the cast iron cyclinder and the carburetor mixture (because , cast iron barrel suppress the combustion sound better than aluminium barrels and at the same time bad carb tuning weakens the thumb) so, it depends on these two factors.. ♥️♥️♥️

സത്യം ആണ്. പക്ഷെ അങ്ങ് പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ എത്ര വണ്ടി ഉണ്ട്. എത്ര നല്ല mechanic ഉണ്ട് (മഞ്ചേരിയിൽ ഒരു ഉമ്മർ കാക്ക ഉണ്ട്, പുള്ളി ഇപ്പോൾ പണി നിർത്തി. അതുപോലെ ഉള്ള ആൾക്കാർ അപൂർവം ). പക്ഷെ ആധുനിക സംവിധാനം വെച്ചു വിലയിരുത്തുമ്പോൾ ബുള്ളറ്റ് എന്ന വണ്ടി എവിടെ ആണ്. അൽപ്പം സാങ്കേതിക ജ്ഞാനം ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരാൾക്ക്‌ അത് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല. Starting trouble, mileage short, oil leaks, മൈന്റെനൻസ് cost etc etc വെച്ചു നോക്കുമ്പോൾ ഈ വണ്ടി പിന്നിലാവും. പക്ഷെ ഉപയോഗക്ഷമത അല്ല ഈ വണ്ടി തരുന്ന feel ആണ് ഇതിനെ സ്നേഹിക്കാൻ കാരണമാക്കുന്നത്.
