    I have an M5 Comp too. I think the ventilated seats are good for wicking away moisture from your back if you're sweating like when leaving the gym. That's the only time I ever really feel them.

    I am thinking of getting either 2021-2022 m5 comp or 24 x5m comp or a 2020-2023 m3 comp which would you suggest for me I want to make it last for atleast 4 years and then sell for a decent price also I love the m5’s but I’ve been hearing too many problems with them I want to know if it could last me for around 80-90k miles? Please help

      I like the g80 m3’s but I’m very tall and I need something with a bit more space so I like the m5s and the x5m which are both a bit more spacious than the g80s

    • @Busterburg
      @Busterburg  Před rokem +2

      @savagejelloplayz2038 exactly the M3 feels too small when I have driven them. I prefer the look of sedans so I like the M5 more than the X5 but both are great choices. I would advise find a high spec used one and buy it let someone else take that initial depreciation hit. Trust me, I know about that hit. I will no longer buy new for M cars.

      @@Busterburg Sorry, just trying to understand why you would do 0 down and a short term. If you wanted a short term, you'd put money down to pay off the loan ASAP...if you wanted a long term, you'd put 0 down to take advantage of low interest rates and then get the longest term possible to invest the money you would've put down into stocks and make more than 2% return. But to do both 0 down and a short term...that just doesn't make sense to me. Can you explain why someone would do that?

    • @Busterburg
      @Busterburg  Před 2 lety +2

      I took the term with the lowest interest rate and put 0% down. I used the money that I would have put down as an investment in real estate by funding someone’s deal and owning the note. At the time I got 8% interest only on my money with no minimum time to request payment back. I used the interest payments I earned towards the car payment making that down payment pay not only for the car but it could also work as a longer term investment.
