The incredibles is set in the 1950s and the reason why doc is lifeless is because we haven't gotten to the year of Wally yet and Coco would be set in the year that it came out in meaning The incredibles could have died of either natural causes all because they were too old to use their powers and defend themselves and then years later when the humans leave Earth like they did in Wally the theory is if they never came back the world will have started all over again but with sentient cars AKA the world of cars but that's just a theory

Fun fact: Doc Hudson from cars not only appears in the incredibles as a Easter egg, it also appears due to the time the Incredibles takes place, in 1960s which makes sense because the The Hudson Hornet was a Car from the 50s, which makes it not a so common car but still possible to see at the time in which the movie takes place.

In the incredibles after the death of gama Jack the Omni-droid .6 was upgraded to .7 but was never used and Omni-droid .9 never returned after the fight with mr incredible meaning that they where probably the ones who killed the incredibles by finding the broken pieces of the other Omni-droids they where able to upgrade a stronger version of themselves and sneak attacked the other incredibles similar to the what the Omni-droid .8 did
