I would not say that because God allowed evil to come to pass, that it was considered 'good' in a sense by God because He is Not the author of evil...I would (rephrase) the answer to God saw it was 'useful' to allow...The word good & useful can be used very differently...just sayin...
Been Redeemed I like to think of it in the practical sense. If God did not allow evil to exist, you and I would not exist!
