I’ve been both overweight and underweight.. guys, trust me when I say the only time I was truly happy with myself was when I wasn’t stressing about calories and the types of food I was eating. Eat what you want, whenever you want. Make exercise fun, don’t be so strict about it :) Just enjoy life. Don’t take it all too seriously. Stay safe everyone <3

Some people say she doesn’t gain weight because of how much she exercises and stuff but she’s also human. She also often doesn’t love her body and gains weight. So salty people can go right at the door because this community is made to encourage each other and not discourage
