8 ingredient peanut butter banana oatmeal bars that taste like an oatmeal cookies and are quick and easy to make! FULL RECIPE: runningonrealfood.com/peanut-...
INGREDIENTS 1 small ripe banana, mashed (about ⅓ cup or 80 g) 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter (250 g) ¼ cup maple syrup (60 mL) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup old-fashioned oats (120 g) ½ cup oat flour (55 g) 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp ground cinnamon, optional ¼ salt ⅓ cup chocolate chips (59 g) + extra for sprinkling on top
I hope to try this recipe! Many such videos on the web say no-bake, but that's risky with dry oats, as they're not too digestible without cooking/soaking.

Ooh, I like the way you have both oats and oat flour in this. I'll bet the texture is great!
For sure! They're really yummy. Crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle.

How come after I cooked mine it wasn’t hard bars they were still very very soft and mushy
Hmm, they will still be soft in the middle but the outside edges should be firm. Did you make any changes to the recipe?
Anyone calculated the calories for this?
Hi - the nutrition details are in the recipe card on my blog if you want to pop over and grab them! Thanks.
I don’t have oat flour 😢
You can just make it :) blend whatever oats you have until it turns into a flour-like end product
Put regular oats in a Blender, grinder or food processor and grind until fine, you now have oat flour.
May as well eat a mars bar or snickers
What's the hurry can't even read the buddy instructions
She has the link to the written recipe in the description section.
Most people don't want to go to the link because we all knows what that means
