Cross Counter, Excellent Adventures, Gootecks, Mike and everyone else involved with that channel will always be close to my heart and it makes me sad to see Gootecks that way. With that said, everything you say in this video is spot on! And for that matter, you should do some collabs with them a little more often Sajam, you're all really great guys.

I think everybody who watched SF4 excellent adventures tuned in every sunday to watch two dudes have fun. Mike and Gootecks were chilling on a couch having a good time, inviting other dudes they liked to hang out with in and everybody was having fun. At the end, they weren't having fun. I think part of it was that weird transition between doing the show as entertainment and doing it as work. Sajam nails it here, the love was lost, and you can feel that.
What I want to see is Sajam do an intro to a video and Ultradavid dub the rest of the video like a minute in and see how many people figure out what happened.

That's true... but we must not pretend the game itself wasnt a factor. Otherwise Mike would simply have turned to a low profile semi anonymous online casual still enjoying Sf Just like before. Gootecks apparently was struggling to keep up with It as well, in the last Episodes.

Quitting MOBA games for good was one of the best decisions that I made in my life. I have been stuck with this DotA-HoN-LoL-etc. ride for like 10+ years already and games like this take too much of your time and your life. It's so depressing to look back. Fighting games are addicting too but at least it doesn't take a lot of your time. An hour of gameplay gives you so much already. No need to pause everything else in your life just to play a game that feels like a chore. You become a happier person too since you can focus and have fun outside of games.

Thank you Sajam! Your video today explained exactly what all the fans of Gooteks have been telling him! He needs to just pull up a couch, crack a beer open and play games he enjoys with a guest. Looking back it's astonishing the people who came to his channel. Smug, Justin Wong, Infiltration, Filipino Champ, Punk, and of course you Sajam! It was not about how good he was at a particular game or because Mike Ross was there. He seems to worry only about how many views he might get before he creates new content and it shows. At the end of the day this is supposed to be all about having fun regardless of how many views you are getting. Anyways I appreciate what you do Sajam!

Pretty common problem for every content creator out there. The moment you start focusing on the content/money and less about yourself is where you start to lose it. Lots of mistakes will follow because you are just forcing yourself at that point. Can't blame some people since the huge money gained sometimes justifies it.
