They should not be allowed to run in the olympics.

The JAA needs to instill pride and use these pioneer athletes as part of the training of Olympic athletes

Can you take this pride to the realtor or even at the supermarket to provide for your family??

I agree those three athletes made a terrible decision in not running in the qualification relay. It shows that we have lost touch with our great historical connections. A people who forget their history and their great historical struggles will cease to be a great force for good in this world. Up you mighty race you can accomplish great feats if you remember your history.

First of all one big truth about this is the demand of the sponsors , is for you to excel in your individual event and nothing about what happens in the relays. Hence the athletes have to put an emphasis on their individual events, that they are been paid to perform. It is cool if you can get a relay medal , only after your individual event was given your all . The jaaa dropped the ball for not arranging this qualification a lot earlier. Would you have put up your money to support the athletes to concentrate on relays and forget about their sponsors and individual events ???

Very similar situation to Leon Bailey, we have selfish set of young people who will never get to that because of their selfish ways. I happened to represented Jamaica on the Junior level for a couple years and it was a pleasure and joy to wear the uniform… Herb Mack and Glen Mills were there for us and those memories I’ll continue to cherish until my last days

@@aikibudo-guy I love Leon Bailey but all I’m. Saying, Leon should’ve handled things in a different manner as a first class player and left the country up , I’m not comparing myself to Leon because we took different paths in life but if I was too I promise I have accomplished and helped so many people in this life without the spotlight

Were you going to give up your little day job ( and in Leon's case a million dollar day job ) so that reggae boys can win a match ???? Kmt

    I like the history lesson.
Not sure if your conclusions are valid. You are making a lot of assumptions and not even noting them. Not sure if this is because you’re being disingenuous or just not thinking straight.
Are you implying that if someone has a cramp or some discomfort they should just go ahead and run the 4 x 4 relays and put in themselves in jeopardy for some serious injury? If that’s what you’re saying I totally disagree with you. They have to take that advice off their coach and the team around them. Remember if they get injured neither Jamaica you is going to pay their bills that they have. You’re just gonna extend sympathy maybe.

"...if someone has a cramp or some discomfort they should just go ahead and run the 4 x 4 relays...." What are the chances of all three having cramps for 'serving' their country. Well if that's how the possibilities in life pans out, I buying & expecting to benefit from some million dollar lottery ticket today....😄...smh.
