Oh btw if you were wondering, ASMR (or асмр in Russian :P) is a tingly feeling people get from sounds and visual stimuli (for example whispering, tapping or hand movements), these tingles are very relaxing :) however, even for those who don't experience ASMR the videos often still help them sleep and battle insomnia

I love your advice. & I needed to hear that. I’ve realized that I haven’t been having fun lately. I feel like I need a hobby or I need to be more social. I get what you’re saying, instead of trying to escape reality, enjoy living in it. Like you said about CZcams, I do the same thing. If I’m not being productive I’m laying around listening to true crime just to pass the time and then it’s just depressing and then I really don’t want to do anything..
I’ll take advice over positive affirmations any day! Thanks for helping me relax & fall asleep once again! 👌

Can't believe it's been 5 years think you might have been in university then it feels so weird to look back at your videos and see such a baby face I think I remembered you older as I was in early years of highschool? I swear I've been trying to leave feedback on this since you posted it. I wanted to make sure I saw the whole thing, before commenting, and I have YET to make it past the 20 minute mark. I fall asleep every time! Not even a choice in the matter! 😅 (And I know the brushing is after that, so I hope to make it some day! haha)
You posted this the day I found out I had covid for a second time. And it has nursed me through the worst of it, especially when I was miserable but couldn't sleep. I'm *so* grateful.
Every part I saw of this was so wonderful and deeply relaxing. So, I don't have a favourite. The mortar and pestle with the *tingles* was especially tingly and a great visual to watch you explore, too. And even just shaking the container of tingles was just very, very calming.
Your kind of calm isn't regular calm, though. I always wind up relaxed in every way, breathing deeply, tension totally melted away, and with this mega-chill grin on my face.
