This is EXACTLY how energy pulling videos should be! Hardly anyone does them the way I like, which is so frustrating as the good ones really help my anxiety. This was excellent, & will definitely go in my favourites folder of videos I will rewatch when I am feeling stressed.

Reiki and technical/fixing you videos can be similar. Also certain brushing your face or simple personal attention can work
I think you might like Silver Hare. As well as ASMR, he does Reiki, energy pulling and plucking in a lot of his videos.

What a plucking awesome video! The idea of the energy getting 'stuck' as you're removing it- is a very clever touch! Actually, it reminds me of one of your earliest hand movements videos, where you were quite literally pulling bad energy from us (Delicious Hand Movements!!) I hope progress on your thesis is going well and that you're getting enough sleep yourself :)
