Why do you have to test 2x a week? Is it because your son is too young for vaccines or a regulation there?
(Also, I love your vlogs! Makes me eager to visit Portugal as soon as I can.)
Currently, there is a mandate in place in Lisbon that requires a negative test or the EU vax certificate to do things like eat out or go to the winter wonderland (even though it's outdoors). I have not had my US vax card transferred over to the EU certificate yet so if I want to do things I get tested. But honestly, even when I'm not doing anything I still get tested at minimum twice a week because I prefer to be extremely cautious for my son and myself. We still wear masks all the time and do not spend time with anyone outside of our bubble.
