- We had an incredible time in Porto. The people were so friendly, the food was amazing, and the sites were breathtaking.

I love your videos! Great editing and selection of shots!😀
Wow! My eyes were glued to the screen - what a dazzling place! Beauty-FULL video, Dear One! Thank you.
I’m loving your videos. I’ll be visiting Porto & Lisbon in a couple of months so I’m definitely taking notes. Thank you
The food, the food! Now I have a desire to go to Porto! Thanks for sharing!
Great video!! I can't wait to visit Porto :)
Thank you!
First 🥳
1. From the size of the rain drops coming from that leak…that’s been there and should have been fixed before the apt was rented to you.
2. Hope you’ll share your beauty products. I’m a product junkie.
3. Thanks for sharing the sites in Porto …it’s like I’m there looking at it myself. Great eye for detail.
4. The food looks so scrumptious 🤤🤤
5. You have the best facial expressions.
6. I can’t walk by a book store and not go in. 📚🤓
Until next video
1. Definitely. This apartment has been a nightmare. I have a video coming out soon about what to avoid when looking for rentals (short and long term) because I have had some interesting experiences.
2. Haha yes i can totally do a video. I deal with hyperpigmentation and hormonal acne so I go a bit hard with the skincare lol.
3. Thank you!
4. Oh it was! Definitely the best part of the whole trip.
5. Haha I've been told I have a very expressive face.
6. There's truly nothing better than a bookstore.
Thanks for watching, Penny!
Really loved your video and that you gave proper emphasis to food!
Just got back from Porto a few weeks ago...Loved it! Glad you got your donut fix!! We took the train because it's unbelievably cheap...15€ each way from Lisbon!! ❤Portugal
You do a great job showing us what you see. Love the videos!!
Music is spackin’ !
Thanks!!
So much good looking food
I miss Porto 😩. Next time you should definitely visit Vila Nova de Gaia (the other side of the river). My favourite confeitaria/bakery is “Monte Branco”, every time I went to Porto I couldn’t leave without having some rissois de camarão, croissant com creme, lanche and bolas de Berlin.
Loving your videos
am South African planning my 1st international solo trip (march/April 2023) for 2 to 3 weeks and portugal looks like best place for me.Planning from traveling transport from city to city/area and all that jazz
ill be there next month!! so excited already
I love your videos and the music is perfect! ✨ This definitely inspires me to venture outside of Lisbon often. 😍
Aww thank you!! You’ve gotta come with us to Porto next month and try some of these spots, the food was on point.
@@BlackMomRainbowLife Yes! I would love that!! :)
so dope 🙌🏽 your best edit yet!
Thank you 😊♥️
This vlog was great! Thank you =) your meals looked delicious, can you share some of the restaurants, I'll add it to my list when I visit Porto again. Now the big question, which city do you like more, Lisbon or Porto? 😁
Thank you for watching! It's hard to choose. I think they're both great cities for different reasons. Lisbon has a bit more of a "big city" feel (even though it's not that big). It's also much brighter in terms of the architecture. Porto is a bit calmer and feels more small town. I couldn't see myself living in Porto, but will absolutely visit as often as possible. I've already gone back since this trip lol.
Restaurants: Taberna Dos Mercadores, Tapabento, Mito, MANNA
@@BlackMomRainbowLife thank you for the restaurant list =) I totally understand what you mean by the city vs small town feel of both cities. Both charming in their own ways. ❤️
On a side note, your eyebrow expressions are spot on! I catch myself going "uh hmmm, I hear ya..." 😂 I hope you have a smooth move and a great week ahead. Cheers =)
@@geechen1025 thank you! You as well :)
Hi, so what did you think about Porto compared to Lisbon now that are settled back in. We have not decided on Lisbon or Porto..pls share as much as you can. I have not seen much comparisons..Mucho gracias Hermana
Hi Ade! Thank you for taking the time to watch the video. I believe there isn't much online comparing the two cities because they're both so different. Additionally, everyone has different preferences, needs, etc. when it comes to choosing where to live. From the few times I've gone to Porto now, I've truly enjoyed it. The food was outstanding and the people were so lovely. I've been fortunate to experience good weather while there, but I know Porto is typically colder than Lisbon because of its northern location.
If you're undecided, I highly suggest spending time in both cities. Make a list of your "must haves" and see which city delivers more. Best of luck with your decision making.
I love your vlogs I’m actually considering moving to Portugal to get my masters degree do you have any advice ? I also only speak English I haven’t learned Portuguese yet
Do you recommend the airbnb? What is cost per night?
When did you go? Is the weather nice in the fall?
This was filmed last month. We were only there a few days so I can’t make a generalization about the weather for the entire season of fall but it was nice when we were there.
