Conclusion: The RX 7600 XT is an okay product, if you see it at $300 then in my opinion it would be a good product.
Things to consider:
The RX 6700 XT is only $20 more expensive and offers a 10% better performance on average
The RTX 4060 is cheaper, about the same performance and it offers DLSS (Great Upscaler)
The RX 7600 is $60 cheaper and offers about the same performance
The pros of the 7600 xt? 16gb of Vram (good for future gaming at 1440p) and AV1 Encoding (great encoder for streaming, while the 6700 XT does not come with that encoder)

Im still new,is it true that a motherboard that support 7k series amd cpu now can be use with a next gen cpu? like 9k or 10k series? all you have to do is update the bios? is it really that easy?

Yes u can change the motherboard later down the line to am5 if u wish

if you want next gen cpu's from amd, you will need am5
if you get an am5 board you will need ddr5 ram. If you are planning on building a PC right now, if you want to be on a budget go for am4 and 5k series cpu from amd. If you want to have a future proof build, I'd suggest a cheap b650 am5 board from MSI, ASrock, GIGABYTE Aorus, NZXT. Avoid ASUS at all costs now days due to the poor customer support. you will most likely spend a couple extra hundreds for the AM5 build, but IMO, if you want to have the PC for a while its worth it. For now you will most likely not see a huge difference in performance with on or the other until.
