Roman has been dominating weight divisions and going up in weight fighting the best man in that division and still winning ! That's what you call a true p4p #1 not somebody like canelo that's been fighting at his pussy ass catch weight at 155 or ggg that's respectably cleaned the 160 division but that's the only weight he's concurred...

i mean they go off what major sites rank boxers and hes number 1 on almost all of them. Undefeated and Champ in 4 weight classes majority wins by KO. His accomplishments definitely put him with the best of them but at the end of the day its a matter of opinion with a bias on whoever an individual favors.
