Sorry but it’s not only the poor that do the ceremony , it’s actually pretty much all the families that want to cremate the loved ones , it has a huge significance for them

Infact among All Indians its the prime destination indeed to complete their final immersion of their dead individual Ashes ...The Holy Place
Poppy is a girl ig
As we Christian go to church every Sunday, hindus also have their Puja on certain days of the week. Eg Lord Shiva Puja is on Monday.
I see ❤️
Not certain day in fact every day , every day is denoted for a deity or deities
Not all hindus pray to gods. Most ancient formal (astik vedic) hindus were in fact atheist but followed DHARMA (rational objective morality) or laws of right and wrong human behavior. Also AHINSA (non violence, non transgressions onto others) is param Dharma (prime Dharam) . Dharma is mandatory for all hindus,... gods and rituals are all optional and personal choice.

Yogic culture says Varanasi is more than 40000 years old. But it has been invaded many times and most of the very ancient stuffs have been destroyedt. Varanasi still has iconographic proof of being some 12400 years old.
Amazing ❤️
Or million years since the time of dinosaurs

I think the price for the lassi was alright. This is a different kind of lassi than the regular watery lassi, it's far thicker & richer in taste than the regular ones. I was there in 2019 & I paid 100 rupees in the same area. But I would recommend you always ask the price first before ordering, I got scammed a few times too. I live 100 kms east of Varanasi.
Yer thank man ❤️

There is no need for anyone to see the dead bodies burning unless you are mentally sick. I went to Varanasi three times, but I have never seen that particular Ghat..
I didn’t intentionally go to Varanasi to see dead bodies.

The ancient part of Varanasi (called Kashi) was not just a plce of 'spritualism' but a center of learning and science and philosophy, (destroyed by the islamic invaders) . The great muni (thinker) named Sushrut was also doing his research in modern medicine in this city, dissecting cadavers (as there were many cadavers here) and his books on human anatomy, surgery, circulatory system, digestive system, reproductive systems etc were the first of the medical books known to man. HIs book Sushruta Samhita is dated between 1200 bc to 600 bc.

there is a sequence in which you're supposed to visit the temples etc.

Dear friends... Why are you doing casual travel in the most ancient cities of Bharat.. we donot travel casually unplanned when we travel with our families and ladies children etc. there are many starred hotels and boats can be hired in the evening breeze.. plenty of flights are there from the airport... You should have visited the largest university Benaras Hindu University and IIT Benaras and reviewed researchers... Careless traveling in India can be a recipe for disaster for foreigners (I have faced many problems in Europe etc as well))... Best wishes...

Dear Dridgers ..I think before doing the video you should prepare some knowledge on certain spiritual things like now... because if you say I don't know what it is...then it might give you negative review or aggression or might hurt the sentiments of some people.
I’d rather our audience engage with us in the comments. Do be honest. If I say I don’t know about something I’m just ask people to help me out. We don’t pretend to know stuff by Googling it 5 minutes before shooting and forgetting it 5 minutes after. Get the audience involved, all about engagement
Religious places people go to do charity thats why majority local people live their to live off of charity. So, if you are unwilling to do charity or beggers bothers u, it is better to stay away from religious places. It is obligation on hindus to do charity to especially sanyasi.
It is better to go to touristy religious places.
So tourist are not accepted in Varanasi? Doesn’t seem that way to me. It’s full of tourists
Smok on the road is to reed of mosquito and insects 😊

Hello❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😂
Hello 👋
Please be extremely cautious when visiting India as a tourist or blogger, especially in light of incidents like the recent case of a moto vlogger (from France)who was raped while sleeping in a tent with her husband. Her husband was also beaten, tied up, and the perpetrators committed the crime as a group in front of her husband 😢
Literally get this comment every single day. I’m not fearful of an isolated incident in a populated I’d 1.3 billion
Are you unemployed or what? Commenting on every india related video the same thing.
Khalistani spotted, opinion rejected.
No, I am not unemployed-thank goodness I am no longer in India 😂. However, I came across a report from The Hindu. While Varanasi is not extremely bad, it's important to note that rape is not an isolated incident there. In fact, there are **86 reported cases daily**. These numbers represent only the reported incidents. According to data from the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), India witnessed an average of **86 rapes per day** and **49 offenses against women per hour** in 2021.
Stop with the nonsense you are employed to spam anti India rhetoric go get a proper job and a life
❤ don't follow touts will have all sorts of drama
I don’t normally. Rookie mistake lol but he was good content so I was led astray
Varanasi is for cremation on the banks of ganga river, old people coming to spend their last days and temple vishwanath. It is for those who are follower of hindu religions. It is not a touristy city. As far as scammers goes, be kind to them as regular inflation rising they are finding hard to support their family as you can see penury everywhere. In the west, everything is 10x costly and western govt and companies make heavy profits selling products and protecting 3rd world corrupts gaining blood money.
Unfortunately in 3rd world countries govt and local strongmen rob the majority poors and not pay well for their labor. They wont let you make exorbitant profits by having price control.
You yourself were willing to spend 400rs at start bucks for their lousy coffee but your heart broke giving rs. 150 for lassi.
I know that’s double the price bro and so do you. What’s the relevance in your comments? You don’t like tourism? That’s fine you don’t have too, thanks for watching

Yep 👍
You will go to heaven from here but as that man said he knows you from your previous life all go to heaven take rebirth but still dont know where is heaven nowdays places of worship are the best place to scam people
Very true that brother ❤️
Don't be over casual of your narrative...better be more knowledgeable and more clarity on any video you cover
It’s not. Better to ask questions, improve engagement.

They dump half-decomposed bodies, human faeces and industrial effluent into Ganges River. And the most horrible thing is that the farmers use the river water to irrigate their crops, so these "filthy" stuff go back into the food chain.
It's called 'decomposition', genius. Plant manure IS made of animal feces, since you skipped science lessons.Good morning.
@@essee3984 Thicko, maybe it's a normal in India, but in a civilized country, we don't chuck decomposed bodies into the rivers and let them rot.
@@ButchCassidyAndSundanceKid and where do you think your sewage go to and what happens to the waste? Btw,did you miss the 'Cremation and immersing the ashes' part? Ofcourse in civilised you just bury the bodies underground to rot, making the entire area a wasteland. Were you sleeping when WHO recommended cremating covid deceased bodies and not burying it to destroy the virus completely something that we've been doing for thousands of years but it took a pandemic for the modern world and science to realise it
first of all, we dont dump "half decomposed" bodies into the river. we immerse the ashes into the water.
in christianity you bury the dead bodies into a wood casket, hoping for the dead person to be re-awakened on the day of judgement 😂😂🤣🤣🤣
- the body decomposes over DECADES
- the body releases all poisons, toxic juices into the ground and ground water over DECADES
- you drink from the ground water
- additionally, that piece of land is factually cursed and considered haunted for all times. everyone knows that christian churches and funeral grounds are haunted because sometimes the soul attaches itself to the body if the soul wasnt educated spiritually during its lifetime.
the basis of hinduism is: i am a soul. i am not a body.
and you know what, i dont blame you if you think that hindu cremation rituals are not civilized.
thats because christian media very intensely has been spreading lies, defamation and misinformation.
you make the conclusion why christian media and institutions feel the need to attack other religions 24/7.
