But i have read the rules and believe this flight is allowed and just to be on the safe side i never flew directly over the tracks.

Nice video I'm new to drones how do you add vocals while flying can you advise please
The easiest way is to use your phone screen recording function while flying. Then, you need to put the drone video and the screen recording video into a timeline in a video editor. There are lots of free ones available. I use VSDC for Windows.

Just to help you good sir, the CAA does not allow flights over pedestrian controlled transport. This includes trains, roadways , bike races etc. Enjoy ya flights !
But the drone code only states you can't fly over crowds. It actually says that you can fly over transport hubs with a sub 250g drone. 😯
What is your dji mini 2 se gimbal settings i have also dji mini 2 drone please suggest gimbal settings for dji mini 2 and the video editing skill i am beginner to flying a drone
Gimbal settings are standard cine mode works best as it slows every thing down. As for video editing I use a free program called vsdc at the mo.
Love the vid mate. Brought a mini 2 se last week, still get used to it as I’ve never flew a drone before. How high and how far have you flown yours. Keep up the good work Robin. And love how you get your lad involved too
I have flown the legal limit of 120m high, and as for distance, I shouldn't really say on here due to the VLOS youtube police but you can go well far out its rated at 6km. I've flown 10km total distance on one battery, but that was in smaller distances there and back, there and back ect...
@@RobinDrones brilliant Robin. What’s the software or app to use to cut the videos and pics down?
I use vsdc video editor it's totally free and is good if you have an older slow pc like me. If you have a decent pc, most people recommend Davinci resolve which is also free!

Capcut app for mobiles is good I used it a few times, but its definitely easier to edit videos on a pc.

I would love to, but there is nothing actually wrong with the dji mini2 se. Also, as you know, I need a new pc before another drone! And the dji mic is also on my want list.
@@RobinDrones Needs must. I am still torn between the 2SE and 3 or 3 Pro. While I live in Canada, we go to the US a fair bit and the 2SE doesn’t have remote ID, whereas the other 2 do. Not sure whether DJI would update firmware for that and I’d like to be able to fly and take video/pics while travelling there.
For the remote id reason, I would get the mini 2 se. But after a few months, you'll want the mini 3 pro probably 🤣. So this comment won't help you. At the end of the day, all 3 of them are great drones it just comes down on what you want to pay. I must say if I had a mini 3 pro, I'd be more nervous about flying it 😬 as it's double the cost!

So you can see the drone from further away, amd is needed for evening/night flying.
