in 4:3 you get more image capture, its cropped in 16:9
Good point i tried that on my Action 3 camera and the quality was a lot better!
@@RobinDrones You'll get more image area to work with if editing later, if you want to do a more precise 16:9 crop.

if you put the AEB photos into lightroom classic softwear , there is feature on there that stiches all 3 photos together to make one perfect exposed photo.
That's handy to know, I must admit I've not edited photos in years! As most cameras do an awesome job out of the bow. Thanks for letting me know.

I've not jumped down that rabbit hole of nd filters yet. Maybe I'll try some when the weather gets better(it's always dim here in the UK in winter)

Is the 9:16 format the same as when we hold the phone upright?or 3:4?
When i record a video in 16:9 and when i want to upload it to instagram story, i have to zoom a lot if i want to fill the whole screen.
That's why I need some other resolution.

Yep, 9:16 is standard for Instagram, you tube shorts, and Tik tok.
So you have to crop if you have filmed in landscape mode (16:9)
Unfortunately, you'd lose a lot of quality in doing so.
However, if you have a DJi mini 3, mini 3 pro, or a mini 4 pro the gimbal is able to rotate in portrait mode (9:16)
Instagram should let you upload in 9:16, but saying that I've actually never used Instagram 🤔

I'm not very good at editing videos. I'm still learning, so I can't do any how-to video's at the mo.
Why are my photos only 9MP?
So you have to change the aspect ratio to get the full 9mp,
4000×3000 (4:3) = 12mp
4000×2250 (16:9) =9mp

I have just checked, and yes, you can use jpeg or jpeg and raw.

As soon as you failed to change it to shoot raw, you lost me as a viewer.
I personally don't bother to shoot in raw as the image quality is good enough for me. I can see the value in shooting in Raw, and i should have demonstrated that. 👍
