I wish I could find doctors who are more sympathetic to encouraging exercise, diet, and supplements rather than just prescribing pharmaceutical drugs. You doctors on You Tube are such a help. Thank you.
I always say CZcams doctors are a HEAP better than the doctors we visit in person. It's a shame too!
Simple solutions for simple minded
Just went to my annual physical. My doctor was very angry with me when I questioned the industrial medical complex. I told him doctors and hospitals are captured by big pharma and agencies. He told my to stop listening the quack internet doctors
They aren't stopping you from eating properly and exercising.
@@bradc6199 ….That’s true too. Common sense lifestyle is easy. I want to know from my doctor about the downside and validity of the drugs. I’m not sure he even knows. It’s a captured industry.
I got calcium score scan more than 10 years ago, it was 126. I have family history of heart disease, I had high blood pressure at 32 years old. At that time I was not that old, I didn’t really care about this number, and didn’t not understand how bad it was. As time passed by, my cholesterol level increased and blood sugar increased, doctors kept pushing me to get start medication for cholesterol, and I refused. Two years ago my cardiologist prescribed medicine for me, since in the part of the world I am living in right now all medical care is 100% free, I get the medication every time I go to my clinic pharmacy 😂 it doesn’t matter I take them or not. After a year, my cardiologist called me to follow up, I told him I had not taken the medication at all, he then ordered the calcium score and soft plug scan for me, and said that he wanted to convince me to take the medication by my scan results . The results came out surprised me, the calcium score was 3.9! And no soft plug at all. My doctor called me again, and his first sentence was “you win”, second sentence was “but you still have to take the medication down the road, I will give you 6 months, we will discuss this again”😂😂😂
I had been taken K2 and D3 for about a year and Berberine for about three months before the scans, I did a lot of three days water fasting and eating two meals a day, no refined carbs, no added sugar at all. Don’t know what worked, but the result is good, I will keep doing what i am doing, my next blood test is next week, I don’t know what is going to happen.
Doctors have too much arrogance and pride. A really humble, truthful doctor is like the one in this podcast. May his tribe increase!
My calcium hangs around 11 and docs consider this action worthy. After a fleet of tests and scans, I'm getting one of my parathyroids removed (we have 4) as the cause
I think that's great, I'll personally never go on a statin, just too many bad effects elsewhere with it. Just to lower the cholesterol is no free lunch! Especially when it's just a 1% improvement over the placebo group. From 3% to 2%.
I've lower my CAC Score 200 points or 30% on the Linus Pauling Heart Protocol.
BTW K2-MK7 with D3 latest recommendation from Dr.Kate Rheaume-Bleue author of "K2 and the Calcium Paradox" is 100mcg of K2-MK7 per 1000i.u of D3. I take 2400mcg of K2-MK7 with 5000i.u of D3 summer and 10,000i.u winter. My D3 level is 60ng/dl.
Wow! That is an inspirational story! Thanks for sharing. Would love an update!
@EllisIsland2023 Yes, it is possible with just supplements as I have mine see my post above.
I always like to listen to ppl who look healthy. You look healthy
exactly
90 mcg is not nearly enough to perform the functions you describe. I take Vitamin K2-MK7 who’s dosage is 600 mcg which is 2 times the therapeutic dose and it cleaned the plaque from my lower aorta and feet. I also took nattokinase daily. It shocked my vascular surgeon. All this I did after the implanted stents FAILED and Western medicine’s only remedy was chopping off both legs! I also found a natural solution for cataracts with no surgery, just NAC medicated eye drops. I went from the verge of surgery to 1% cataracts and no macular degeneration or dry eye. There is a wealth of natural remedies on CZcams from qualified medical experts that I trust 1,000 times more than ANY md.
I was curious, how did you figure out it cleaned your aorta and feet? Was it the K2 or the natokanase that did it? How long did it take? Did you eat nato or is natokanase a supplement? I feel like I would like to clean out too, though I don’t know if I need to.
Could you also share the eye drop brand please
Did you take with Vitamin D or by itself? Resiurces?
OCLUMED. NUTRITIONAL/LUBRICANT EYE DROPS. I bought it from Amazon but checked for it recently but it was removed. However, I found it on a simple google search. It was priced about $80 and lasts for about 45-60 days at 2-3 tines per day. Whatever it takes, try this stuff. I was diagnosed as being a short time until cataract surgery. I happened to have moved locations and, therefore, changed my Ophthalmologist. A few months later I had my appt with new Ophthalmologist. I told him nothing before my exam. When he finished his exam he shared that he saw 1% cataracts, no macular degeneration and no dry eye. Then I told him the back story and he was amazed. He asked how that happened but I did not share because when this type info (natural remedies) gets around, suddenly it’s not available anymore. I’ll just let him wonder. Anyhow, this is the real deal so get some and follow the directions.

Don't forget that natto has nattokinase in it which is a very potent blood thinner. If a person is already on blood thinners like aspirin or clopidogrel or any of the other anti-platelet anticoagulant drugs, you should discuss it with your doctor before eating natto.
nattokinase is not K2
Thank you for this update the doctor didn't discuss: natto has a potent blood thinner called nattokinase which isn't K2. I take baby aspirin when i feel weird and natto might be a bad idea. EXCELLENT. Thank You Doctor...Your Channel is the best health channel on youtube
I have eaten Natto for a few years, it does taste awful, but I have found a workable solution: I take a package out of the freezer, immediately take out the Natto and eat it frozen. This really minimizes the taste, 4 bites washed down with juice or water is all it takes. Not bad at all.
Clever!
i wonder though. the k2 is actually in the slime part not the beans. so it is said to stir it 400 times with chopsticks. that makes the mucus like stuff with the vitamins.

Boron is a mineral and a hormone that removes calcium out of soft tissue in the form of stones and taking some chanca piedra nicnamed stonebreaker can reduce the discomfort . I also use D-3 with K-2 and magnesium and horsetail with other minerals and Himalayan salt with a good amount of water. I leave my water out for an hour as chlorine dissipates.
I had a Japanese student who LOVED natto. He showed it to me and it smelled nauseating! I'm happy for him - he doesn't have to worry about his cardiovascular health. BUT I'm glad to find more palatable alternatives...

I was excited to see you talk about K2 and D3. My question is about taking L-lisine I'm trying to make sure taking combinations of vitamins is ok.
You said it correctly! Many specialists pronounce it as “nate oh” or “gnat toe” sadly. Used to dislike it but enjoy eating it now.
A good way to remember is ask yourself have I acquired a taste for natto (pronounced not-toe)? And response is not-toe yet. 😂
I hated natto as a kid in Hawaii and refused to eat it again until I was stationed in Japan. Went out to dinner with some locals one night and they asked me to try natto one more time. They mixed into the natto some spicy japanese mustard and tare sauce, green onions. To my surprise I found the natto they prepared so delicious. Yes natto alone is a bit repulsive. But try it with these condiments and some steamed white rice and you might be surprised.
Preparation. In SF Bay Area we have all the cultures. So it’s easy to find.
Yes!
It’s an acquired taste, but once you acquire it, you can’t get enough of it
That’s been my experience. 9/10 of the time I go to my udon shop, I end up ordering the natto udon! 🍜
My Mother and Father are over 91 now. I watch and observe how they eat. Mom has no knowledge of researching the internet. Dad has serious eye issues, si hes not savy to having conputer access. The bith geew up in a Country setting in East Texas. They still eat beans, greens and cornbread...and small amounts of meats. She cooks saurkraut with pork chops and apples and onions. Delicious. I've never bern able to repeat her calf liver dish from how I remembered from my childhood. I loved it! She sauteed it in bacon fat with onions, added a spoon of tomato paste at the end. I cook mine similar and my Husband likes it. But, I try to buy only calf liver, and not finding it lately. Thank you for this info.
We had an advanced body scan in Houston. We are both Diabetic with a high calcium score. I will add foods from your recommendation more often and order the supplements suggested... I would try natto, asking a relative married to a Japanese woman if they consume in a paletable way... I first learned of stir fried rice from eating at their home as a child. I remember squid mentioned. Maybe... Texas Cowgirl kicking up the dust! 🤠

In my city we have an Asian supermarket, selling loads of products from China, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Korea and... Japan. They sell the frozen natto in little styrene boxes, 50 g with tiny pouches of mustard and soy sauce. After thawing, and mixing the contents, the natto is pretty OK!
I always enjoy starting to eat it, because I know it is so darn healthy, with the *vitamin K2* *and* the *nattokinase and* the *PPQ*
My advice would be to check out whether there's a place like that in your neighborhood. I wish you success!
So living in the country life, lots of natural light. Sauerkraut for the gut also helps create Vitamin K. Pork chops is high in cysteine, one of the rarest and most important amino acids. They are doing well. God bless your family for tapping into ancient wisdom and living a long life as a result.
Calves liver and sauerkraut are both very high in vitK2.

Thanks for making this video. Please take care, everyone.
I eat it everyday. I actually crave it now. Try it with a spritz of liquid aminos, some dijon mustard, minced garlic, some wasabi, a drizzle of olive oil, chopped green onions on top. I don’t mix it, just layer it over the natto. Its really good. Oh, and its not just vitamin K, but vitamin K2 that you want, very important. I have a personal angiogram report of my artery going from 50% occlusion to 30% occlusion in about 6 months. It’s really good for your gut health too. You cant beat it. I would not like it served plain. Kind of like plain yogurt. But think of all the ways you can make plain yogurt taste great.
So are you saying you went from 50 to 30 percent blocked after eating this food? My mom had heart disease and she's in calcium and cholesterol pills. Should she be eating this instead?
Natto and D3 with K2. There are also Nattokinese supplements that are good too. Check out heartstrong Neutricuticles. Also, check out Plaquex treatment and supplements. Those combinations helped me. And yes, reduced the soft plaque in my arteries. I have the angiograms to prove it. Diet and exercise is needed too.
Try it with black pepper! So good! ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

I buy freeze dried Annatto. It’s called Natto Dry. I get it from Amazon.
I use in my salad or home made soup so you don’t really taste anything bad, because it’s not all moist and slimy either.
I’ve been eating Natto for years now. Tastes much better when you add chopped cilantro, green onion or salsa to it. It is certainly an acquired taste but I tend to eat foods I think I need over what tastes great.
Thanks for the tips!
My CAC score was 220 in Sept '23. I tried Natto and thought it was OK. Put it on Rice with Japanese mustard and soy sauce ( low sodium). I also eat saurkraut and kimchi when I'm in Mexico and can't get these foods I take 2 capsules of 1000 d3 120 mcg k2 every day. I'm hoping my osteoporosis and CAC improve.
You have a start. But for me it's a little short changed.
I would suggest Dr. Kate Rheaume-Bleue book "K2 and the Calcium Paradox " her latest recommendation is 100mcg of K2-MK7 per 1000i.u of D3. You can take more K2-MK7 as it's not toxic. Also check your D3 level and adjust from there. Mine is 60ng/dl and I take 2400mcg of K2-MK7 with 5000i.u of D3 summer and 10,000i.u winter.
If you really want to work on osteoporosis I would take both K2-MK7 and K2-MK4. Dr. Kate recommends 45,000mcg of K2-MK4 per day. It has a short half life but it is different than K2-MK7 in that it strengthens bones internally better than K2-MK7. My wife has osteoporosis and her bone density has improved dramatically. Since I'm 68 I have decided to as well.
What people and most doctors don't realize is that once you have a Calcium Score you litterially have a focal vitamin C deficiency. I got on the Linus Pauling Heart Protocol and have reversed my CAC Score by 30% after 30 months! Imagine that! When we are told routinely it's not reversible.
But here's a link to what's going on.And not only that but many other benefits as well. Shocking!
www.drrathresearch.org/drrath-discoveries/heart-disease
You CAC will never decrease. You can only slow its progression. Also, D3 is a form of Calcium. Look at the ingredients, “Cholecalciferol.” I take K2 MK7 but I refuse to add additional calcium via supplements into my arteries. I get vitamin D from the sun.
Will try to improve its taste by mixing with chopped (raw) liver and sardines and chopped up hard-boiled egg and lots of cayenne peffer (similar to a tuna salad). This could be the ultimate super food known to man. Also: If you do not like the taste of something, simply hold your nostrils closed. Guaranteed you will not taste anything (used to do that with prune juice). A big Thanks Doc ! Great information. I'll be sharing it with my family !!
Great advice. My kids don't eat things because of the taste. Reckon you can push through and do natto and sauerkraut.
The pill form of Nattokinase is a bit pricey, I just swallow small spoonfuls of Natto with gulps of water.I don’t need a CAC test, I know I got plenty calcification . Thanks for educating us to this highly beneficial content!
Gross 😨🤮
You could try a.co/d/6i96Wom Also, they make natto freeze dried with eliminates the stringy gooey texture.
Thats good because Nattokinase has no K2 in it! Eat things like pasture raised eggs and saute them in duck fat, which is even higher in K2 than egg yolks. Also hard cheese such as gouda and cheddar but only if it comes from grass fed and finished cows. Same with beef and poultry, butter, ghee, milk - all of these have some K2 ONLY IF they come from grass fed and finished cows.
Could you please elaborate? The whole world is recommending Natto for an extreme amount of k2, and you're saying there's none?
Was just in Japan a few months ago on business. Yes natto is popular in Japan but not every Japanese person eats it. It seems to be something mothers make at home, children grow up occasionally eating it. Most Japanese eat it; some hate it.
Many foods the Japanese eat are soybean based. Along with matcha green tea and soaking in hot water (onsen) , these are the things the Japanese believe in. They have very good health and very good life expectancy.

When I was laid up healing from broken ankle, I was supplemanting with K2, my nails grew very quickly.
It's not just the taste, the smell is appalling as well. My Naturopath recently told me latest/best research from Japan is MK-4 at 15-45 grams/day. But also, nattokinase that is in natto but in BIG doses. Research showing best results at 10800FU/day. Do both! Nattokinase only stays in circulation for about 8 hours so I take that 2X/day

An excellent video. I stared taking K2+D3 about 8 years ago because of my heart condition. Relatively "fast" my fingernails got stronger. This was my way to confirm that calcium started leaving my arteries. Unfortunate, my PD was not eager to do a CAC. Well, will ask again. Unfortunately, to my understanding, docs are pushing statins for financial reasons. I like a list of foods with K2 in this video. I was able to stomach duran so, I will try fermented beans ... with a bucket to throw up into. Anyway, we need doctors like Dr. Story. My subjective observation tells me that K2 works. Now, I will check the research area. Thanks!

That’s a great question. I always thought it just meant too much calcium and never looked further into it. Now I’m wondering what causes it.
I’d like to know this too. I’ve been an avid supplementer of both D and K and I have two tiny bony bumps in my gums. The oral surgeon says he sees this all the time so it’s probably not related. But I do think about this from time to time.

The problem with dosing is that D3 allows the body to absorb 20x more calcium than if you weren't supplementing with D3. So what can happen is K2-MK7 can be overrun with calcium, leaving calcium to be deposited where it doesn't belong, like arteries setting yourself up for a heart attack.
So, according to Dr Kate Rheaume-Bleue, author of "K2 and the Calcium Paradox" her latest dosing recommendation is 100mcg of K2-MK7 per 1000i.u of D3. If not supplementing with D3 then 1-200mcg is fine.
K2-MK7 is not toxic, so more of it can be taken.
Myself I take 2400mcg of K2-MK7 with 5000i.u of D3 summer and 10,000i.u winter.
I am also on the Linus Pauling Heart Protocol. It's high dose vitamin C capable of disolving calcium in high doses. With Lysine and Proline.
My vitamin C intake is 30 grams of ascorbic acid powder in divided doses per day. It's reduced my CAC by 30% or 200 points.
Luckily i became used to Natto after eating it several times. The Japanese figured out that eating Natto with green fleshed Kiwi fruit it helps strengthen the bones in osteoporosis. For some reason the yellow fleshed Kiwi doesn't work. I mash the natto with a fork and swirl it together with the kiwi.
I heard a doctor on CZcams say that kiwis help you to make new stem cells! So maybe yes there is something to research. I started making my smoothies with green kiwis for a while. Hard to keep up. Probably need to start again🤷♀️
Great info , should yiu take Vit d separate from vit k? Or can you use a combo capsule?
Thank you Doc. Very helpful. God bless.
how about drinking a glass of warm water with a tablespoon of ACV with a tablespoon of lemon juice added daily first thing in the morning? Would that help with keeping out calcium in the arteries?
I LOVE NATTO. GET IT AT A JAPANESE market in Torrance. and i like the kim- chee I make as well. I have now survived 7 years since heart attack and stint at 63.Doing ok. The fear screwed my arteries and Bp up. First at age 45, when I was accused of 30 crimes by a co- worker and spent 3 years in court. Second time was with a neighbor who started assaulting me all the time when I was 62 and soon started a big bogus law suit . That gave me the heart attack the next year. now i am avoiding trouble and taking good care in retirement. Avoid the legal system at all costs, this is my takeaway!
Thank you for the information.
Any time!
I have just started eating Natto and taste ok to me. It has a very mild coffee taste in my opinion. Hard to define a comparison.
The one i purchase had a small satchel of soy and horse radish.
Thanks for sharing!
Try eating natto mixed with something else. There are all kinds of combos where it will seem just like an added teaspoon of hotdog-and-beans. Question: will cooking natto destroy the K2? If not, then there are even more ways to fix the ick problem.
You're exactly right with vitamin k2, but you're missing out on another key factor which is D3. K2 removes calcium from arteries and d3 helps put calcium where it should go. I had a widow maker heart attack at 35 and have done a ton of research since
Adam mentions the benefits of D3 at 6:25.
I have that too. My cardiologist told me he wasn’t worried about the calcification in the vein as it was holding back the soft hot plaque. He was more concerned with the other soft plaque without the calcification.
I’m taking the D3 K2 spray bit concern ed what would happen if it removes the calcification holding back the plaque in the widow maker. Not sure what to think anymore. If you don’t mind me asking; what have you been doing to help with this issue?
D3 does NOT put calcium where it should go. K2 does that. D3 simply gathers up the calcium in your bloodstream but then does nothing with it. Thats why K2 is needed to move it to the bones. Without K2, the osteocalcin proteins will be inactive and the calcium gathered up by D3 will be deposited into the arteries instead of moved to the bones. K2 is the vitamin that activates the osteocalcin ready to move calcium to the bones, not D3.
@@-xyz-012 Great question, actually the MOST important question that no one ever answers!
Thanks for this video. I have bought natto from a japanese market not to far from me. That is the only place I can find natto. I have managed to eat it but I agree with you, it is not an easy item to eat. I usually have 1/4 of the natto at a time with rice. That seems to help. So I eat it with my beans and rice and it dilutes the taste of the nato. I should be eating it every day but am not always successful with doing that.
Thanks for sharing!
Does k2- mk7 thin the blood? I asked my cardiologist about it and he didn't know about it and could not recommend it. I'm taking k-2, on my own, but I take it every other day.
Has anyone mentioned taking oil soluble vitamins like D3 with a meal containing fat for better absorption?
What about Nattokinase? What about vitamin K also improving blood clotting? Will that have the opposite effect in people that have to thin their blood?
The research is in the description if you want to read it.
Does this brand have any magnesium sterate and I thought coconut oil is bad for you . Thank you for this great information
I prefer the LEF supplement in gelcap form. It hedges your as it provides multiple forms.
I am currently taking 4000 iU of D3 and 200 mcg of K2 as MK 7 also taking 100 mg of Co Q 10 along with other supplements. Trying my best to stay off of prescription drugs 😊
I am doing the same. It is helping me. By BP this morning was in the 130s with only one medication.
Same thing here. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I take 40’000 iu daily of D3 mixed with K2.
What are the other supplements you are taking, please.

Cholesterol and triglicerides were off the charts. Calcium score was O so lucky. Lot of work on diet and fitness to do.
Very true!
Good info
Any studies or anecdotes from people that ate natto for 6 months, a year or any time frame and their calcium score actually going down? I see a lot of people that eat natto or supplements commenting but none that actually say they’ve reduced their calcium score.
I make my own natto with an instant pot and powdered starter. With soy sauce, a little Cholula hot sauce and/or wasabi and dijon mustard, or with sliced green onions, it becomes very palatable to me in the 1.5 ounce servings a day I eat. It has also really helped keep me regular and has relieved my IBS and also helped my high blood pressure. I still wish , though, that a market in my area would sell it in the small packets like they do in Japan or at some Asian markets in the larger cities. here in tghe U.S. It is time consuming to make and keeping all utensils sterile in the process is essential. But it does keep well in small plastic containers in the fridge and can even be frozen to be kept longer, so I make enough for about two weeks at a time.
I am lucky. I not long had discovered the Natto prepared in a small serving size. Even different brands at a new Asian goods store here in Newcastle, Australia.
Very reasonably priced in my opinion.
Comes with a little soy and wasabi in each single serving.
😂Bravo, impressive!
Hi @JN-Im1ty How does your homemade Natto help blood pressure?
Have you asked in your local Asian market? Mine carries it frozen. I used it as a starter to make another batch too.

How much natto supplement powder should someone take if they are not on any other meds at all only multivitamins
I take EDTA and have done so for 20 years.
What brand do you use? Thank you in advance.

Hi Randall
I have some Tetrasodium EDTA, can you share how you take yours and do you replace minerals every day too?

Nato, yup. Gonna look up some recipes lol. Hubby had stroke 3 weeks ago and they want to put a stent in his carotid artery in his neck I'm NOT inclined to him having this procedure done. Looking for any and all ways to avoid this surgery. Edit for correction
The stent is the best option. It will be imediate relief.
@@leekellettjr441Stents only last 6 months to 2 years on average.
I have blocked arteries. I chose to go natural instead of blood thinners. Check out a book by Dick Quinn’s book. “ Left for Dead” it’s a bit dated, but the information is on point. He emphasizes Cayenne pepper concoctions. I’ve been following his protocols for two years with no adverse affects and in Improvement in my blood markers and symptoms. Bottom line; I changed my-diet exercise and cayenne keeping my blood thin.
I also take nattokinase supplement alternate days. My bp was 165/95 sometimes, after 2-3 years, now I'm at 125/80 so back to normal, you can do it, just be persistent.
Great info, doc, thank you. The link to the K2 you take can't be found. Please let us know which one it is somehow.
I LOVE natto! There are many ways to tart it up so you can eat it without gagging! So glad to hear from you that natto is doing the job I've hired it to do. Can you take nattokinase instead of eating natto?
Yes you can. Just go online and look up Nattokinase supplements! 👍🏾
