Nutritional support of CKD: why is a special diet so important? - 30 April 2020

In this 42 minute webinar, Dr Sarah Caney explains what the characteristics of a therapeutic renal diet (TRD) are, why a TRD is recommended as part of management of cats with CKD and how they can help with quality and length of life. Recognising that transitioning to a new diet is often very challenging, especially in cats that are ill due to CKD, Sarah includes tips for achieving dietary compliance and options to discuss with your vet clinic if you remain concerned.
