Very informative, thank you very much.
I asked my vet if my cat had diabetic neuropathy from the steroids. He said that diabetes is the trade off for steroids and insulin is a hassle. He continued giving her 40mg depomedrol injections every 2 weeks until she died. I was already giving her daily B12 injections, insulin doesn’t seem much different.
doing my level four ISFM diploma in feline vet nursing and this was SO helpful in consolidating the course materials. Thank you
Vet tech here and could you explain why we need to flush before feeding and some vet recommend suction before giving the next meal.
