Systemic hypertension: what is this and when should I worry about this in my cat? - 14th May 2020

In this 35 minute webinar, Dr Sarah Caney presents the first in a three part series about feline hypertension (high blood pressure). Sarah explains what hypertension is, what causes it and how common it is. She follows by advising carers on what signs of hypertension they can look for, when screening for hypertension is recommended and some tips for a stress-free journey to the vet clinic. At next week’s session at 4pm on 21st May, Sarah will present a webinar "Assessing blood pressure in cats" in which she will explain how vets and nurses assess blood pressure and diagnose systemic hypertension.
