1. too toxic
2. way too many hackers
3. probably infested with predators
And also the game just being dogshit it self, and don’t get me started how bad the animations are used and the game itself gets so boring quickly all you do is just run around most of the time and the players are only obsessed with their cash or probably how it used to be like back in 2021 when people were making TikToks and shit.

So, the guy who made Meepcity, Alex, has been in a lot of trouble because he was pretty creepy. To this day, I’m extremely thankful I never thought of trying to play da hood. I’d watch da hood videos on tik tok to see what it’s like, showing me how egocentric and toxic most people are along with predators. It’s insane how one person attacks someone with thrown insults, but if the person does the same back they get targeted. 💀

That’s da hood for you. I was a loyal player since like 2019. I was never really into hood games, but one day I saw a friend of mine playing it. I joined, but I didn’t really like it, so I left. I revisited it a few months later during the summer, and got completely hooked. Idk what it was about the game. Just being able to kill others in the game, showing them that you’re not somebody that should be messed with, was such a euphoric feeling. I enjoyed playing with people that I had met in the game, fighting off people who were arrogant enough to kill off random players for no reason. It was fun. Eventually, I started to loose some of the friends I used to play dh with. Some of them got older, and some of the were just too toxic. I stopped being friends with this one girl I met in dh in 2022 just a week ago. I really stopped playing da hood in 2023, revisiting it time after time. I just got tired of it yk, the toxicity, the addiction to arguing with others and always feeling the need to prove how good I was at the game. I wanted to play other games and actually enjoy myself. Four years of da hood, it was fun while it lasted, but fun for the wrong reasons.
Da hood went from over 30k people to 3k-2k..So many people are quitting, the gun and knife skins are dogwater when I bought them, too many exploiters, e kittens always kill me out of nowhere. Not gonna be surprised when it die.

honestly, ive been playing crim since 1.2 (which is about 3 years since it is now 2.2 or something i forgot) and i would say the game is HORRIBLE!!! its also filled with exploiter mainly prominent in casual servers, but still can be found in standard servers, just play blackout revival and not crim ( i still like crim)
the streets used to be so fun to troll in back before 2018. nowadays this genre is permanently polluted.

As a ex star creator or what ever it was called, da hood was setup for failure because of the staff team had exploiters (bugged) and the only thing on the staffs mind were money and abusing perms to get there way for there own crews and close friends which made the competitive scene of this game with crews nearly impossible without inside help not to the mention the amount of d0xxing that has happened in that game.
That's what happens when all the groups are full of hackers and they really don't like each other. So at that point, killing normal players is seen as petite and dishonorable, and you must only kill other exploiters. And then it gets so so so so so boring that they just d0x then swat each other

honestly, i miss 2020 da hood.
there was obviously toxicity, but no beam threats, or anything TOO serious. most of the time, i would just play with my friends in a vip, and when i did go into a public, you could actually manage to kill the "tryhards" without them calling a raid, or an exploiter on you, or just being toxic in general. it was so chill back then, having 1v1 fights in the boxing arena, dancing in front of bank, people throwing money off buildings..
another thing that ruined it for me was the weird magic wands and hello kitty rpgs. why. just why. it's supposed to be a realistic game based on the hoods. gun skins too... i get it, it's so players can grind but does it really make sense for this genre of game, no.
yeah, in 2020 i remember hopping on there with my friends while on a voice call, we all stuck together and tried fighting everyone without guns, nobody took it too far and everyone in the server ended up having a laugh.

Yeah man, that’s one of the reasons why I lowkey quit. I had been playing dh since 2019, and everybody was always so toxic. You get killed, somebody always has to say “ez” or insult you at some capacity. You’d come back and do the same, then the cycle would start all over again. It was a game built mainly off of toxicity and let’s not forget the amount of R thots that played the game.

There’s nothing it can really be banned for. Most if not all of the toxicity happens inside of the game, where mods aren’t there, and the chat doesn’t even allow you to see other people’s chats which makes things even harder. As you and I both know, roblox’s moderation sucks so that’s another factor we have to think about. Other than the slight exploiting which happens maybe in 1 out of 20 e

i remember playing this game ever since it was released, man it sure was fun until well, the community had to screw it up and the amount of toxicity is a bit too much for my liking, i usually troll around but that one mf was just the most toxic one and just kept telling me to kys and nobody loves me which i just simply just kept trolling him, to a point were he wanted me to join his gc and i knew it was a bad idea and a waste of time, and he had to send his friends to kill me 💀, but no really these players are just unspeakably toxic and the best i could do is just stop playing it.
That's what happens when the streets dies, or more like the players get bored IG? So they move on too the next thing "Da Hood". The streets was filled with so much hackers, literally groups of exclusively hackers, or mixed with legits. Since more scripts kept getting patched by snakeworl, more players just moved too Da Hood, and took all their friends with them. In which equals the raiding and getting jumped problem, which is a problem of having no friends and being solo. And why so many hackers. IG we all got tired of other hackers killing us in game so we just joined in.

That’s why recent issues such as lag, macros being taken away for a bit etc had a negative impact on the active player-base. I guess u could argue though that now it’s primarily vcers and roleplayers, but then that wouldn’t differentiate dahood from any normal social hangout game.

The reason I still play da hood is because there are no other games entirely like it, and I have nothing else I really want to play. Da hood is a FIGHTING GAME, so the “shock” that it’s a competitive and toxic game shouldn’t be a surprise. If I could play something else I WOULD, as da hood has gotten a little too toxic for someone even as competitive as me (I’ve been scammed out of GREAT deal of money, locking cheaters give up on getting good legitimately, public servers are dead ASL)

Not to mention that the staff from the game promotes gambling websites In servers related to da hood, or to mention how one mod went rogue and banned lots of players from the game because he got caught exploiting in the game.
Nothing in general, gonna stop everyone from playing the game they want to play. Everyone doesn’t go through the same experience, just bc majority did. ANY game can OR will have toxicity, bc of some high levels of immaturity we have in the Roblox community itself.
I’m extremely disappointed in how, y’all aren’t teaching players how to take a healthy break from game or what games to help with aim training…instead y’all want everyone to stay afraid, as if it’s IMPOSSIBLE TO run into any other games with some of the same kind of behavior. Not rlly teaching a way of strategy to overcome.
Yeah, no one wants to learn this shitty game, and be apart of it's cess pool, I'll stick with criminality, a game way more polished than Da hood. Alittle if not just as toxic as dahood, because yes mostly all roblox pvp games have toxicity, but none can compare to dahood. No one wants to download a fucking third party program just to be able to zoom around the map. The only people that want to learn dahood are as just mentally unstable and braindead as any other dahood player.

As a female player that use to play this game nonstop, I will admit it had made me into a mean person both in game and out of game making me say things I usually wouldn't. For example, my main account got DELETED, because I said something pretty rude because I simply died in the game. And not my account wasn't just deleted because of that one offense I had many offenses all of which were planted from me playing in da hood looking back at it I tried to appeal so many times even after the 1-month mark not realizing how wrong I was. The community is very toxic and its very influential I mean honestly, I use to play Royale High on that account. If your going to play don't use your mic people will say things that will provoke you, simply keep making them mad without saying nun. and lastly this goes for ANY game do NOT I repeat if you don't have vc don't get it its just an easy way to get banned even if you have self-control people can auto ban your practically. I've started a new account and ahve been having more fun rather than banging on my desk and yelling at people expecting a 1 day ban. I went back to Royale High 😘
One massive thing that was left out is what a good chunk of the their income was and maybe still is, as a player who used to live on the game day and night. It genuinely wasn't this bad, and most of the staff also know that this has gone towards a south direction. The game is now dying which is great, but even since the beginning; it had only been seen as a cash grab . ONLY few(one digit) staff cared for the health of the game. i use to play dahood a lot from 2021-2022, i play every once in a while now and it surprises me how angry some players get over this game lmao, some of these players put so much effort into the game its actually sad like they gain nothing from it
i miss the old days of dahood. i remeber when it was just filled with newbies and xbox players. then when i checked back up on the game after years I've seen what it turned into.

I played da hood once, worst experience of my life. I started out playing normally, getting guns etc until I saw a gangs large of people kill me for no reason. I also joined a server once where a guy even asked me for my number, keep in mind I did not know his age and I was 13. I left the server and did not play it for a while, but then joined it again. I made some new friends etc, but they all dumped me. The game is very toxic, and I am never playing it ever again.

i used to be a DH tiktoker and tbh it’s a lot worse. there’s a lot of groomers, and weirdos out there. get in beef with someone and they’ll try to beam or doxx you. they’ll also join u and follow you around in your games, raiding or exploiting. every other mod and “star” (star creators) is power hungry, and the amount of avatar based bullying in game is crazy.
i never really got into da hood for that reason. a part nobody likes to talk about in da hood is the edating itself, and the desperation of these young men to see a girls body.
