- In todays video I take you through the process of finding a new tenant through a real estate platform called AgentGo. AgentGo is is an easy to use lead generation platform for real estate professionals that helped me find a new tenant for one of my investment properties in just 8 days. I ran the ad for 4 days which only cost me R400 or $26 and and I managed to get 34 leads in just 4 days.
The platform is user friendly and easy to navigate. It is created for property sellers, buyers, landlords looking for tenants and people looking for a place to rent.

doesnt matter which platform you use to find leads - you still need to do the due diligence of doing the necessary checks (identity, affordability, credit checks) for any potential tenant. This platform makes it easier to find leads but you have to capitalize on that and do the work.
Have you done a comparison to other apps or websites that offer similar services?
My only experience is with private property and property24 ( where you can pay to boost your ad to get more leads). I will have to look into similar products and definitely compare
