can you make a video of checking the bike frame. in Indonesia there are many cases of rust and porous frames leading to broken frames.

Great video, really handy as im sure my 2021 vision bulb will expire in the middle of winter. I drive mine in all weathers except snow/ice. Was the LED bulb expensive? All ones i can find are. Just wish the bike was a bit less ugly. Never tried the PCX but constantly think i should have got that one instead. Have you ever refurbed the exhaust? Im buying some bbq paint soon to respray it for protection.
The bulb it's not expensive, around 10 EUR or 15 EUR max. Changing it it's anoying....I left the exhaust as standard, don't really care :)))
Thank you for these tutorial but how to Wire Headlights from the Engine to the Battery on a Honda Vision ? my headlights need to start engine so it can brighten up
The lights are starting automatically after the engine it's on. In EU it's mandatory since few years

Hello, unfortunately not. The front upper part needs space to take it out so first you need to remove also the lower one 😁
This is false you can 100% change the headlight without all the extra wasted time… 2 screws and wing mirrors is all it takes I service 6 Honda visions every month and have never done all those extra nonsense

Finally you still have the Vision even if you were upset by the second time fuel pump break? Any other issues with it? I am asking because just bought it (it is a brand new one from march 2023) but I am quite scared for the issue to the fuel pump... and this summer we had long periods with temperature over 35 celsius degrees here in norhern Italy!

I have Honda Vision 50cc and I have had it for 2 years now and no problem with headlight, I believe previous owner has not changed it. The scooter is now 11 years old and no problem so I find it weird you have this problem, but maybe Vision 110 has other electronics that causes this
I use the scooter for deliveries. Each single day I start and stop the bike at least 150 times, multiplied by 20 days I have monthly 3000 start and stops. You can imagine the stress on the Headlight to start and stop 3000 times per month. Also consider the high temperatures lately this summer : from 35 up to 42 Celsius.
@@IdealBike Those conditions are not ideal so I understand the added wear on the electronics. I use mine for deliveries as well, but only part time since I am studying. I hope I wont run into this problem in the future! And lets hope your new lightbulb lasts a little longer:)

Literally don’t have to do 90% of what you done to change headlight… is literally a 5 minute job will be uploading my own tutorial on how to change the headlight without wasting all this extra time! It’s literally 2 screws and wing mirrors and that’s it 😂

@@samuelmetzger6364 I made the video last time I changed a bulb but turned out to be a wiring problem not just a bulb so video wasn’t worth uploading with no proof the light actually worked after. But all you need to do is remove the mirrors and the 2 screws that hold the cover in place then very carefully remove the cover without snapping the clips and you’ll have enough room to get your hand in remove the bulb and replace it. I no longer do maintenance on these bikes as I’ve moved into a management position and don’t usually have the spare time to record it being done but will try to next time a bulb needs replacing.
