궁금한게있는데 뒤에 클러치도 분해를 해야하는건가요
문제가 발견 되면 분해 후 크러치 웨이트를 교체하거나..또는 클러치 전체를 교체하기도 합니다.
그렇지 않으면, 그대로 다시 조립하여 사용합니다.
2021년 표준 CVT Roller Honda Vision 110은 몇 그램입니까?

15g standard. Roller size is 20×15 same with pcx.

Can someone make an equipment list? Which Drill wattage will do and all of the sockets etc.
The tools usually required are 8, 10, and 12mm box sockets, an electric power tool that uses an 18v battery, and a +driver. If you are prepared, you will be able to work.

I think I'm going to go for an impact Driver for loosening nuts. And a Toque wrench for tightening. Basically for loosening I'm trying to decide between 18v-20v impact driver or Impact wrench. Does it matter for loosening nuts?

Strona ciśnieniowa układu napędowego
nakrętka czołowa napędu koła pasowego określony moment obrotowy.
Moment obrotowy:
5,5 ~ 6,5 kgf-m (55 ~ 65 Nm)
tył układu napędowego
zewnętrzna nakrętka sprzęgła
Dokręcić nakrętkę określonym momentem obrotowym.
Moment obrotowy: 5,0 ~ 6,0 kgf-m (50 ~ 60 Nm)
Powyższe wartości momentu obrotowego są danymi starymi,
Ponieważ nie ma danych dotyczących nowych motocykli, nie znamy wartości momentu obrotowego nowych motocykli.

Master cylinder reservoir cover screw 1.6N·m (0.16 kgf·m)
Master cylinder holder bolt 12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m)
Brake lever pivot bolt 2 N·m (0.2 kgf·m)
Brake lever pivot nut 10 N·m (1 kgf·m,)
Brake light switch screw 1 N·m (0.1 kgf·m,)

ALOC bolt: replace with a new one.

Why you replaced the drive face? I thought you never had to replace that just the rollers.
If the drive face is not particularly worn, you can just replace the weight roller...
In the video, since it is a delivery motorcycle and is operated in a very harsh environment, it is replaced with a set.
Normally, it would be good to replace the drive face set and belt, but...

벨트는 오래되면 고무 경화돼서 수명 짧음. 벨트 교체할 땐 제조년월을 꼭 확인.

The DAF55 and other Variomatics had 2 drive belts on their car transmissions and they lasted well back in the 1960's..
rubber technology and belt reinforcement fibres have had 55 years of development to get much better...

Comprobar suministro eléctrico del generador.
Problema con la bobina de encendido...mal contacto o cable defectuoso
Problema con la bujía...
Problema en el rectificador del regulador..
Problema con el filtro de aire..
Compruebe si la batería +/- está bien apretada.
Conectado al chasis de la motocicleta - Asegúrese de que el negativo a tierra esté bien apretado.
En la mayoría de los casos, puedes descubrir el problema comprobando esto.
Desafortunadamente, esto no es algo que pueda comprobar directamente...
No bastaría con hacértelo saber en este comentario.
