  • Should be a straight forward job, but our Mitsubishi L200 has 260K (km) on the clock, been off road and the existing tie rods look original.
So let's see how easy this job is - join us for our first try doing this.
    ,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.

Nice job gents - easy for the alignment guys,I struggle to see why the garages do not keep these items in usable condition as you now have, simple but great tips shown.

Hi What year is the vehicle and how do you go getting parts? regards

A struggle to be honest - the ML is surprisingly easy, the Merc dealer (who is utterly useless for everything but parts here in Portugal ) has an excellent parts bloke and super helpful - Mitsubishi parts were so unhelpful - got the whiff that he hated foreigners, although the sales bloke was the same (thought about getting a new ASX when we arrived here, until we tried to buy one !).
We tend to use Autodoc in Germany as UK companies (Mitzy bitz, Milner etc) we cannot get shipped here at any reasonable cost, plus super high tax and import fees.
Autodoc is poor - slow & often the wrong part - they told me, just because it is the right part in the photo, that is not necessarily what they are selling 🤯.
Euro 4x4 are good service wise, but expensive.
Other than that, we use ebay Spain & Germany.
Our L200 is a Portuguese national vehicle - 2003 year
