And yet there are not many stories about food borne illnesses linked to restaurants. I'm all for making them clean up and control pests, but how clean and pest free can they realistically be?
How can people eat at these restaurants after they have been on “Dirty Dining”? What filthy restaurants and greedy restaurant owners! Asian “Southern” restaurant? At least she didn’t make any excuses!
I rented a room last year in April at Durango and Spring Mt. area in a very nice home. Rats made me get my own apartment. She had a small garden which attracted them. They were the size of a cat. This is not just a restaurant problem. This is a City health issue. Obviously someone is NOT doing their job. With everything shut down the rats went looking for food of course. Fat rats! Suit up Health Department, you have a serious rodent issue!
I live in washington state farm country. Nothing but wheat fields all around my house. My nearest neighbor half mile away. I have to keep everything out of your car. Or you don't drive much. The mice here will tear up car. My wife I love her but she's a slob. I won't even get in her car. Smells like rodent urine. There no back seat mice took all the seat stuffing her car but didn't mess the the cover. Going to be like India just got to live with them.
That family in the back is munching DOWN! and they not even paying attention smh that rat poop taste good I bet smh so sad. Yes please cook at home if you can help it please!
Actually he is right about the garage truck coming in very rarely, I work in one of the stores in that location. Rats are always on the trash, the trash is always piled up. The truck comes at random, it may come this week them we don't see it for 2 weeks and so on amd so forth.

From what I see with the trash is that disgusting homeless people just make a mess after looking for recyclables. As far as these customers are concerned they don't care if it's messy or not. They want to eat.
Most "Japanese" restaurants aren't run by Japanese. It's run by Chinese mainly, sometimes Korean. There are tons of sushi places around my area but none of them are owned by Japanese. I can tell by the menu.
I am thankful for Darci to do her inspections often. And let me get this straight Darci replied to Ono Sushi owner, "so all the rats that are coming off the strip are coming to his establishment looking for food?" So the second restaurant had the ribs grilled at an employees home. Well that is in health violations because how can a home be used and then be inspected? But at lease the second restaurant did not make any excuses but owned up to it's violations. If I had a restaurant that served foods, I would make it clean enough for Jesus to dine at, and that Christ would not be ashamed to eat there. I would make sure that it would be free from all infestations, uncleanliness and rodents. As for me, I would never eat sushi anyway because some sushi is prepared raw to began with. I follow the kosher health guidelines according to Leviticus chapter 11 in the Holy Scriptures, given by God for his holy people to consume.
