Looks like you were playing an online game, do you think that the data usage would be just as bad if you were to just play a solo play game. I'm thinking about usuage with my gran turismo and when ncaa 25 comes out but not playing online. 30gb will go fast if its using around 3gb per hr. Thanks for the vidoes
From my testing I believe it wouldn't matter what game your playing bc it uses your phones data to stream the game from your PS5 no matter if it's online or single player. I mostly game online on my portal. Thanks for asking this question!
My hot spot is absolute crap with the portal. Like I can find my PS5, but as soon as I connect, it freezes and disconnects. Unplayable.
Hey man, sorry your experiencing disconnects! Having great home internet speeds and a strong Hotspot signal are the only factors that's causing the portal to disconnect. T mobile magenta max is one of my favorite options bc I get 40gb of data each month.
I tried tmobile hot spot for my asus rog ally z1 e.... it was trash hotspot didnt provide strong enough signal

Peace! Make sure you restart your phone, Portal, PS5 and router! This worked for me, hope this helps

Never tried using my mobile data before. That would come in clutch when traveling. I usually just leave my portal at home and remote play from my MacBook because I know it can't connect to hotel wifi
