This video would inform you on salary matters in Engoo. You must know these before deciding to apply.
Rate per class:
60 pesos per 25 minute class
Is there a salary Increase?
NO Salary Increase
If the student will be absent,
how much would I be paid?
60pesos rate per class.
Is there a tax deduction?
There is a 0% tax deduction if you are able to submit COR and SR. These are requirements for tax exemption. But, there is a 10% deduction if you fail to submit COR and SD.
How much incentive can you get?
You'll have a total of 2000.00 in a month.
When will you receive your salary?
It will be received twice a month.
How will you receive your payment?
It will be through GCASH for new recruit Filipino tutors.

Hi. For the first salary po ba, marereceive mo agad yung payment or do you have to wait for one month? I'm asking because of the 'guaranteed booking rate’ incentive na pede ma-claim if makapag-open ka ng at least 200 slots within your first month. Second question: at what time po usually pumapasok yung payment on the 15th and 30th? Thank you!

Hi teach! Since I don't know much about taxes, I'm just confused on what BIR form should I fill in when applying for a TIN? Also other says that they didn't pay anything and still got their TIN but when I search about being self employed, it says I have to pay 500 pesos? I hope you can answer teach. : )
Hi! I am currently working at an ESL company for korean students, my problem is our schedules are fixed and they are the ones who are assigning the regular student. It is good for those who can work 8 hrs every day for a fixed sched, but since I need a more flexible schedule now it is a bit hard and I earn less.
If I apply to Engoo, are the students guarranteed? I'm afraid to transfer and then I won't get any students afterwards...
Based on experience, wala akong naging problema sa number of students dito sa ENGOO.

You'll be paid when a slot is reserved.

You get 2 sanctions then a written warning before threat of termination of Contract with 1000 lessons rollback if you comply. The dmm japanese students can be very demanding & crazy to teach. It's almost not worth it to teach because you can meet some unforgiving shits who'll eat your heart out for anything & report you & think they know better. This is slave wages for above & beyond work.

may mag bobook pa rin po ba kahit sa umaga mag open ng classes? Also if hindi nakapasa sa demo, is it possible to reapply?
marami pong students kahit sah umaga. If hindi nakapasa, u can reapply after 6 months

Tlgang stagnant yong salary nila juju tapos ang hirap abotin ng incentives 100 lessons per cut off , achievable nmn if you work full time pero partime medyo mahirap, but goods na rin compare to other ESL company that only pay 30 pesos per 25 mins
Pag-full time, madali talaga Teach. You have a choice to either work full-time and part-time naman.

Pwdng pwd po. You can book as many and as less classes as you want depending on your schedule. Walang kota po.

You can fix as many or as less classes that u want. Classes can be plotted 24 hours.

Please run away from this company unless you are ready to do anything for many. Some students can be really rude to you and cause you depression no matter how strong or good of a teacher you are. Also the money you get from them is just not worth it. Try to find a better online school with better students and tutor support.

Native camp pays much less than Engoo
