Hi teach! I'm not sure because some evaluators are not really strict with this while some are. I would suggest using a white blanket or curtain just to be sure HAHA. Once you've passed and hired, then you're safe to use other backgrounds. Good luck!!!

Hi Awebriii! I applied for Engoo well prepared. When I sent through the recording, I got a response that my internet was unstable and they could not see the video clearly. I contacted my Wifi providers and the stations were down that day, and they provided me with an email stating the issue. I sent my plea to Engoo along with the attached email, and they said it would not be fair on other applicants if I do not wait the 6 months period to apply again. Do you think that I can reapply now using a different email address? I hope to hear from you soon!

They sent me an email informing that they were not able to evaluate my application because my Audio is not audible. However, they suggested that I should reapply. I'm praying that I'll get hired 🤞

What should I do if I already have an account with engoo before but it was already not active. I was waiting before for my training and did not continue due to the long wait. Hi! For your TIN, you have to go to the nearest BIR branch in your area. You would inform them that you'll be getting your TIN for the first time and that you're a self employed individual. It's completely free and you only need to bring a valid id 💕

unfortunately I failed the language test🤣😊 an adrenalin rush somehow had an "adverse effect" on my confidence in answering the questions, I told my self am ready but actually it was the opposite.. I messed up and lost words to say, nasabi ko tuloy sa sarili ko "anyare?". Scary. so kelangan talaga you are 100 % prepared, and just try to relax

Ito po sabi ni Engoo:
The recommended type of internet connection is a wired connection (LAN cable). We also accept LTE/prepaid home wifi connections. For either connection type, we require a minimum connection speed of at least 1 MBPS for both upload and download speed, as tested against the Tokyo server. The use of mobile data in conducting classes is not recommended because these types of connections are often not fast and stable enough to allow you to conduct classes with our students from all over the world.

Hi! I suggest you try it since wala namang bayad ang application. May lalakarin ka lang once nakapasa ka na talaga and hired ka na. For the TIN, it has to be yours kasi ikaw yung nagtatrabaho. Free lang naman ang TIN so don't worry about it and need lang siya once you're hired na :>

Hello, I already submitted my application and after a week engoo sent me an email asking for my valid ID so I can proceed with my application. Does it mean that I passed audio language test?
Hi! A separate email will be sent to you if you passed or failed the language test. The email that you received may be because they need a different ID from what you previously sent them. You can use different government IDs or your birth certificate (if you really have no other IDs). Good luck!

Hi Ms. Awebriii! I hope you respond to this. I recently submitted an application in Engoo and the ID that I used is my Student ID (the only valid that I have). I received an email that they are asking for my passport, but I do not have one. Is there any other way to verify my identification?
Back then, I sent my birth certificate lang as an alternative because I, too, didn't have any valid ID at that time. You can clarify if it's okay to use birth cert or other alternative IDs 💕

HI! You can email them directly to ask this since they'll refer to your video application. Usually, it includes the applicant's overall appearance which includes the wardrobe during the application and the background (white and well lit).
