Hello Joss…my cable did burn, do I need to replace the print head, ink pump and motherboard or just the cable?
Just replace cable and see the rest works. If not you need to check next the printhead. Download a program call Wic utility reset key and you can run a report.
Do you have an estimate of when the knight 6 will restock?
I don't want to mess around with the L1800.
Need to check with manufacturers get back, they are on holidays until 2nd week of October.

Hi I have problems with my printhead, it doesnt print any blue colour. I have changed the dampers ive cleaned the printhead but it still doesnt print blue. Should i change the printhead or is it a bigger problem i dont know about.
I have an Epson L 1800 DTF I would like to know if I was printing and no ink was coming out except yellow when I took the printhead out to clean it it was really dirty I got it cleaned put it back together I printed one print and there was only two colors that came out the black and the yellow and I went to print a second time and the Printer shut it self off and now will not turn on at all
If liquid when to a place that should not be, that could cause a short circuit. I recommend download wic.support/download and run a report for the printer.
my printer lights are flashing, we did everything we could find online and nothing is working. The ink head doesn't move either. do you have any advice?
If the 2 lights blink at the same time probably the mainboard got damage and you need to replace it. Could be other things but I start there.

Blinking green means is printing, solid green means is standby.

The black holder with the spring... where the tension belt is connect to... on the other side the piece where the spring connects to broke off. Do you sell that black piece? IF so how much? If not do you know where I can get one? Thank you in advance.

Hi, when i print, it produce a grinding noise.. like the belt or cable is grinding each other kind. Please advise.
Since I can not see where, verify that there is noting scratching. If is the bell see if the cr motor need lube.

Yes, is based on L1800. Printing speed is the same.

@@mauricioherrera7731 i was told if you get dx5 plus faster software it prints 11x16 in about 8or 9 minutes
What is the cause of it print in all black colors, anything that i print, it always have a Full COlor black on the top of design
Is possible you have a wrong color order in the software that need to set correctly or you put the black where white goes or both. Not sure what model you using so each model have different color order.

Go to wic.support/download and get the software so you can run a report and see what's the problem. the software will tell you.

Unfortunately no, there’s so many of them, but Im sure if you do a research you can find it online.
