Ok, now there is a problem :( I did all like in the video, but my Print head is now really slow. When I try to print, the Print head runs sloooow and there comes no ink. What did I do wrong? I disassembled everything three times now and put all together but still the same error :( Hope you can help me and give me a good advice. Thx

@@KingdomDTF Oh wow, thx. That was the problem. But now it runs fast again but still the ink does not come out :´( I cleaned the print head several times but still no ink coming out. Could the nozzles be clogged due to the cleaning?
Sometimes after cleaning with solution, that stay inside the nozzle and continue destroying ink. The best is to printer a few design so the inks push out the remaining of solution. You can know if the head is really clog when you push the solution with syringe and is hard to do so, if is easy is not clog, then may be something obstructing the ink in damper like dry ink, dry in on bottom head, closed ink tank, wrong settings of rip software and a few other stuff. You can check all of that.

Greetings... I'm not sure if you've done a video on why dtf printers stop printing but I have yet to find one that explains it well enough or that actually works.
Can be many issues why a printer stop working.
Good day, I,'m new on this stuff of DTF. It sounds promissing but as you have said, you gotta know what you are going. So that's why I want to ask you couple things. But first of alla thanks for your support to all of us.
Can I use a brand new epson L1800 printer straight from box as DTF?
What inks would you recommend? What would I have to do to get it running regarding to software?
I heard it gets plug easily, what do I have to do to avoid this and What daily maintenance does it need?
L1800 need to be convert (modified a few things) before you can use it for DTF. Out of the box is not an option.
To print you need a rip software like Acrorip, Cadlink or EK Print.
Maintenance is the key to keep it running, need to do every time you print and wet capping station. You can go back and watch our videos.
Will the new printhead work right away after replacing it? Headclean? ink charge? thanks!
A new or recycle print head is clean and should work like the first time the printer basically new again, and yes need to do maintenance later.

Hi. I've watched your video. Thanks for sharing this. Unfortunately my printer stopped printing any colour after head clean. only prints blank pages. Tried almost everything I knew. Still not working. Any suggestions wil be appreciated. Thanks
Mine stopped printing too. Im hoping its the print head. If you find anything out let me know.
After clean with the solution try hot distilled water to clean any remaining solution from the nozzle inside. If solution stay inside will continue destroying the ink and will not come out or looks like is clog.
When you Change the Printhead do you have to change the Printhead ID before you print again? I've heard it will fry the motherboard if you dont????
I have change heads on my L1800 at least 3 times and works ok.

Ask the person you purchased from how to do it if is another build. Is going to be better that way.
I have replaced my old printhead with a new one, but it doesn't print. All I get is blank pages, no matter if it's a nozzle test or something else. Could You please help me solve this ? :)
Esto mismo hice, pero por mas que intente, no pude destapar las boquillas de la tinta blanca, estan muy tapadas, sera hora de cambiar por un nuevo cabezal? ustedes tienen en existencia el cabezal?
Cuando un nozzle se tapa y no quiere mas nada es hora de cambiar el cabezal. Ahora, puedes intentar agua destilada caliente combinado con una solucion fuerte a ver si destapa, sino cabazal nuevo.
Si, nosotros vendemos el cabezal pero ahora mismo que escribo esto, estoy esperando varias de ellas ya que se me vendieron todas.

After install printhead you need to do an ink charge so the printhead get proper ink.

Power burned my new Epson L1800 for motherboard,now I fixed it already. But I don't know" how to check my printhead? I get burn too or how. Can you help me?
Look where the printhead can cable connects, if is burn you will see it there. Also you can run a software like WIC software to run a report and check if there is something wrong.
so after i cleaned printhead and put everything back, the printhead wont move and go left to right. Is there a way to unlock the movement?
Make sure is connected correctly.

Replazamos el cabezal y esta imprimiendo pero el canal de tonta amarilla no sale, ya revise mangeras, hize purga con la geringa, rellene la tinta y mande a imprimir solo cuadros amarillos pero sigue sin salir.
Alguna idea ??
En el nozzle check tiene que salir las lineas, sino sale es que esta tapado. Tambien el cartrige verifica que no tenga tinta seca y obstruya.
How do you know when you need to replace the print head ? When know it is not working
Correct. Is the printhead get clog and is impossible to unclog with cleaning solutions. Printheads should last at least 6 months with good maintenance and also depending the use, if the print volume is low or high.
Sample, I had one printer that the printhead lasted 11-12 months with good maintenance.

You need to do an ink charge every time you change the printhead.
I have replaced the printhead and it is not printing anything. I have done the print charge by holding the inkdrop for 3 seconds and still nothing. Suggestions?
Do the ink charge, and then head cleaning and look at the capping sponge, if you don't see inks heads is not getting enough. Repeat the process.
HELP.. my DTF clogged up. Print head works fine but my lines were not milking any ink. So I went in again to try to clean the print head and now it won’t turn back on. It blinks and had a beeping noise

Verify the ink tank is open, verify the cartridges was prime, verify that the printer did the first setup or do a print head cleaning.
