Hallo. I have a question concerning an A4 dtf printer I hope you can help me with. So I know that the paper size is 21w*30h, now any time I set the output size to the paper size the width and height are the same they can’t be different. Please can you tell why is that? Thank you

The images on wont show up. Im using PNG files but the clock shows up and when it goes away, there is not image, just the title at the top of the work area where the image should be. what could it be and do you have an idea on how to fix it?

What tshirts do you use and from where?

I just fixed mine!! Pw sensor was dirty as hell. On the 8550 take out the print head and under it there is one screw for the tiny pw sensor . Clean it up, put everything back together and done!! This happened to me because ink was all over the top of my print head and leaked into the sensor. You will know when you remove the dampers and see a ton of ink everywhere.

Having issues with my inks printing. Only getting white ink on to the transfer no color I don’t even see the ink moving in the tubes. Then it’s just bubbles. My yellow looks like it’s sucking in waste ink so does my magenta and blue
