How to Print DTF Glow in the Dark Film Step by Step for DTF Printing

I purchased the glow in the dark dtf film from Kingdom DTF & I LOVE IT!

What side do you print on? I tried on the coated side and when I pressed it the image tore apart 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

kingdom dtf does not carry the A3 dtf sheets,only the rolls? can you tell me where the sheets are at in the website?
