    Muy grande este Kingdom DTF 👍What about cleaning the printhead and letting the cleaning solution in the cartridges (system) when you go to vacation and just simply run another cleaning when you come back? I am not sure if its a good idea, because the cleaning solution got strong alcohols in it wich may harm all the rubber and plastic parts if you let them soaked for a long period of time. Que piensas ?

    • @KingdomDTF
      @KingdomDTF  Pƙed 2 lety

      This video is old, strong cleaning solution is not recommended to use as wet capping because for a long period of time. That is why there is wet capping solution that is less aggressive and can be left for longer time.

    Do a similar process, the only difference is that instead of doing Head Cleaning, apply ink removal. Carry out the procedure 2 times with spare Dampers and cleaning solution. I was away for 8 days, the L1800 machine printed great before I left (the prints came out very well). I came back, cleaned the dampers, loaded the ink and, to my surprise, the fourth white ink injector was almost 3 cm in the middle completely covered. For the next time I don't trust myself and lower the head and clean it outside.

    • @KingdomDTF

      You need to do a wet capping with the wet capping solution to keep head underneath moisture to help not to clog. There is one red solution that can put there and also in the nozzle of head and the head is good for 30 days or so, that is for vacation mode but I forgot the name. One of our managers is in talk with one company to bring that solution.

    I lost one printer head before because I went on a trip and when I came back the white lines were half blocked. Although I did a lot of printer head cleaning before going using the original cleaning solution.
    I also made sure the system was disconnected and the caitrage was removed and the head was clear from all ink.
    I tried to unblock using cleaning fluid and I even bought an ultrasonic cleaner but it didn't work (half of white nozzles were blocked).
    so then i bought another printer head and its working ok.
    I'm planning to go on a trip next week and I don't want to have the same problem. Can you please advise me what is the best way to clean a head and save it if you are going away for two weeks.
    Unfortunately I ran out of printer head cleaning solution, So i'm thinking of using (original windex cleaner and mix it with isopropyl alcohol). Any tips?

    • @KingdomDTF

      Ultrasonic should work with an strong cleaning solution. When doing ultrasonic you need to start slow and have patience. The most I can tell you is clean it, don't leave it with ink and they put more cleaning so the head stay moist and capping station.

    Hi,
    I am facing a very strange issue. First I was using the Ink Circulation system but always have some issues. Today I removed the ink circulation system, & connect the pipe directly with ink tank.
    No matter how many head clean or power clean I do. After the first print, my second print has a very thing transparent white layer. Its like printer not sucking white ink. But white ink is full loaded in damper. I think When I do head or Power clean. First print is fine because of the white Ink left in head. Seems its not using/sucking white ink from damper. Now what should I do I changed Ink Cirulation to direct because of this issue Now I am very tired of these things. ANy suggestion?

    • @KingdomDTF
      @KingdomDTF  Pƙed 2 lety +2

      Is the nozzle check coming good for you?
      Try to elevate the ink tank about 3-4 inches, just put something underneath and remove the rubber caps so air flow better. Also don't forget to shake the white ink. If you have white ink circulation just keep using it, I think is better.
