-Poolish (300ml. water, 300gr. flour, 5gr. yeast, 5gr. honey)
-Water 100ml. water
-230gr. flour

I made pistachio pizza with ricotta, sun dried tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. I didn’t have pistachio paste, because Houston area isn’t known for Italian anything, so.. I ground them in a spice grinder. It needed more oil and water that way.
Pizza dough was really good, the pistachio flavor was subtle. Walnut might be nice too, maybe with roasted peppers 😋

I'll have to try these. So far I've only made a "dessert" pizza that uses standard neapolitan-style dough, which I par-bake, then top with caramel sauce and sliced bananas before going back in the oven to heat it all up. I then dust the outer crust with powdered sugar (fully coated like a beignet). It's delicious, but these look pretty amazing.

No! The Kitchen Aid will destroy you! 😔 It will shrink your pants, shrink your shirts and make you spend more time at the gym. Life will never be the same... I had 10 different bags of flour move in permanently, which forced me to buy instant yeast in bulk. Run away, while your pants still allow full movement.

Technically you could cook a pizza in a microwave but the problem is that it wouldn't bake the way you want it to.
A microwave only heats the water you put into it, not the air or solids. That means your dough will only reach the boiling point of water (100°C) and come out very dry. For a 'technically pizza', you need a temperature of at least 200°C. For a neapolitan pizza, you need *at least* a temperature of 350°C and ideally the additional radiated heat from the woodfire.
So my advice to you is, look if your microwave has a broiler/grill element on the roof. If it does, then bake the bottom crust in a frying pan and finish it off with the broiler on full heat for 1-3 minutes.
Unfortunately u can’t cook a pizza in the microwave
