  • Looking for an original taste, I combined rye sourdough made from type 2000 wholemeal flour with type 720 rye flour and barley flour (I ground barley groats into flour myself). It was worth experimenting. The bread is delicious!!!

    I haven't bought bread for many years and you don't have to either. With this recipe you can bake delicious homemade bread yourself.

    Composition:
    - 350 g of rye sourdough
    - 200 g of rye flour type 720
    - 200 g of barley flour❗️
    - 350 ml of warm water
    - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    - 1 teaspoon of oregano
    - 3 tablespoons of shelled sunflower seeds
    - 1 teaspoon of salt
    Proportion per form: 20 cm x 11 cm x 8 cm
    1. Mix all ingredients;
    2. Set aside to rise for about 8 - 10 hours;
    3. Pour into a baking tin and set aside for 3 - 4 hours;
    5. Bake for 55 minutes at 220°C
