What do you mean with "dumbed down"? removing Option selects so you have to choose what to do instead of doing 2 moves by the price of one? Taking away the fadc so you no longer can throw a random dragon punch and if failed you can land safe? or maybe removing the Ultra bullshit? If that's dumbing down the game I'm happy
+Jaracara11 To be honest, "Ultras" are still present in the form of "Critical Arts." As far as dumbing the game down I think it did a little, as far as being more creative in extending combos. A lot of characters can connect special attacks with combos a bit easier now. I do like how they nerfed dragon punch on anti-air though, it's a bit more difficult to time now with the light version, and any more than that is badly punishable on a whiff. Also, FADC was used in combo extensions a lot, if that's part of what he was getting at I'd assume it was more for that reason than the one you mentioned...
This is just my opinion on the matter...
