As a kid, I climbed trees, played baseball, mowed the lawn, hoed the weeds in the garden, played army with cap pistols, rode skateboards, as well as played barbie dolls with my little sister, cooked, cleaned, raised animals. Yes, the whole family suffered for the medical mistake during circumcision. What if they had raised him as a boy that had no penis? That would've been traumatizing too! It was a tragedy and a no win situation.

I am just so freakin blown away. Last night I watched the hour+ interview with Briana Ivy and was completely shocked that such a thing happened and that it is happening as much as it is. Afterwards I looked up the doctors names and seen nothing but praise for the sick monster that performed the botched surgery and tons of Reddit threads of kids asking about the doctor and that they heard he was the best but were so bummed that they’d have to wait a year to get into him! I can’t imagine how many lives he’s been ruining this whole time. I looked up the Medicaid documents on funding the sex changes for kids and I am just floored that we not only are funding the slaughter of Ukraine and funding the murder of the unborn but we are also paying with our taxes for these demons to prey on troubled families to steal 12 year olds and mutilate them. I thought who would even dream of becoming this kind of doctor. I thought something about it has to be mentally ill in itself like the doctor must be a pedophile but with even more sinister intent. This video I think pretty much confirms that. These demons, not people, are running wild and we are funding this evil. I think that even the majority of the political side that is aware and against this trans push on the kids are not aware of the extent of it that Candace has shown in these videos. I wasn’t aware of it or maybe I just didn’t want to face how extreme and sick it really was. I don’t even know what people can do to deal with this. If I had kids I would start by taking them to the smallest town in the cornfields I could find to raise them as far away from the demons as possible I guess, idk. I read the story of Christine Jorgenson, years ago, and I felt so upset about what she went through. Who knows what hormonal imbalances etc., can occur in human bodies, but this began very early in this girl's life. I don't know what ever happened to Christine many years later, but having to go through the confusion of her childhood, especially back then, had to be the worst. People who have gender confusion issues need much care, and evaluation, and their personal choice after much work, is their business. But, it should NEVER be forced, or a result of someone else's choice.

We studied this in my psychology class in a jr college. When the professor asked if we could be programmed to be successfully raised as the opposite sex or if biology would take over, we all synonymously agreed that you couldn’t fool biology. This was such an interesting topic and I can only imagine that today students would be uncomfortable to express anything on the topic without feeling like they’re offending somebody.

Jesus was circumcised and he said to circumcise. Paul is the one who changed that. It's your choice if you are or aren't going to circumcise, but make sure you aren't spreading misinformation on Jesus.

@@bradycall1889 I've been suicidal since my first time I tried at 14.that was 32 yrs ago I've attempted 10 times last 9 I used pills one time I took 36 muscle relaxers and 11 100mg oxycontin I woke up 2 days later. I have found out the 9 attempts were because certain meds have something in them that causes nausea and vomiting so if pills are taken like this for overdose you end up vomiting taken normally you won't feel sick

It's why you also count by weeks up to about 12 weeks after birth because of very rapidly changing stages of development. I will say though, that most people only count by months up to 24 months. But some DO go up to 36.

Truth is he should have been supported as a boy no matter the accident. Had he received reinforcement his sad outcome may have been different. Gender change cannot be forced on a person. I saw the documentary on David Reimer back in the 80’s.

I read one of Money's studies as research for a speech I did last year. I had a hard time reading the book as it contained pornographic images and explanations about sex, pedophilia, Money's twisted ideas about biological sex, and his sickening explanations as to why he thought it was a good idea to push for a sex-based society that valued sex before anything else. I'm about to go onto my senior year, it still keeps me up at night.

As an identical twin this story is heartbreaking & disgusting. How could the parents of those boys allow this?! You have to remember, though, back then we didn't have access to the knowledge we have now. We HAD to trust the doctors. The only knowledge outside of school and pbs we had was that set of encyclopedias on our shelves. There is no way to get information on this situation other than seeing other specialists if you had money like that. Getting to see one specialist was "lucky" for them, unfortunately, the only way for someone to have access to a 'specialist' like this was to be wealthy or be a guinea pig. It was really a sad situation of an unethical, extremely unethical, dr. We LITERALLY really had no way to research things like this and we didn't know anything about this subject unless you went to college for it. With your only knowledge being your life experiences, and that time frame, you have a son with no penis or a "reputable" dr, respected Dr tells you there's this other option. You're most likely going to choose that option, because in the 70's/80's a man without a penis wasn't a man anyway.

I was cruelly bullied for it which was already difficult and has had psychological aftermath but noone externally wanted to affect my body or talked to me about sex. I can't imagine how horrible their lives must have been. They were immensly abused by egotistical, psychopathic predators. Candace, I recently drove from Florida to Texas, stopping in Baton Rouge. (so we could make it to mass). The state of Louisiana is economically depressed but I came across the sweetest people. We lost our keys in the parking lot of Parrain’s restaurant after a wonderful dinner. We dropped four of our kiddos off at the hotel before we realized the key was in the parking lot. We took an Uber back to the restaurant to search for our car key People were dressed nice and ready to enjoy the evening and yet, when they saw my husband and I looking under cars for our lost key, people began to help us. We left the lot without the key but before we went to sleep the restaurant called us as our keys had been found and turned into the hostess station. Sweet good hearted people! I would’ve never seen that in my home town of Oakland or SF.

I remember this story. The parents both failed their son. They made very serious, life changing decisions for their child. If somebody tells you that about your child. You go somewhere else and ask other doctors questions. They seek for help somewhere else. His parents failed him.
I read his book and he said he didn't blame his parents because they were distraught and they relied on the doctors' "expertise."

People have tried to raise their children to be something they aren't since the down of time and it never ended nicely. My kids are individuals, they have their lives, their dreams and their minds. My role is to help them organise those thoughts. To separate the reality from the fiction, to understand their thought process and to help them grow in the direction that they want. How I see it - trans people are people who aren't happy with who they are/were.
I'm honestly happy that transitioning wasn't an option when I was younger because I was such a tom boy (still am) - I hated everything that made me a woman, always hanging out with the boys, I had a ton of cars and a big garage to play with them all, never wore a dress or a skirt... I think that, if that was an option, I would have maybe chose it, but I'm soooo happy I didn't. I'm a healthy female Tom boy in my late 30, raising two boys - riding bikes with them, playing with trucks, and just enjoying being - to quote them both "the coolest mom ever". When you accept yourself for who you are and you role with it - only good things can come out of it. I'm scared to think how my life would have been if I had gone that path as a teen...

Even if a child is born a hermaphrodite he/she should determined his/her own gender once he turned 18 and if he/she decides to remove one of those private parts let them do it. I don't think parents should have a right to determine their child's gender in any circumstances. I do think that the parents were misled though, especially back then when stuff like this is not really known.

Getting into the fight, climbing trees, and playing with boats, football, and baseball means you’re a girl who just likes to play with those things. It does not mean that you are a boy. It just means you like playing rough.
I know, right! I was a tomboy when I was in junior high, and then I became a “girly-girl” in high school. I went to college as a mix of both, and I was able to have healthy relationships with males. I also, changed some when I was privileged enough to be asked to be apart of a Panhellenic sorority. I learned a lot about working hard & being self-aware. I learned about etiquette and professional development, as well as how to be successful in philanthropic endeavors. I am so thankful that I still enjoy watching football, simultaneously being girly with great southern lady’s etiquette and manners! I’ve had healthy boundaries because I was privileged enough to have really close friends and sorority sisters. This helped me learn how to be less selfish, and I thank god daily that I was allowed to be myself, and not persuaded by my parent’s & societal standards. I truly believe that if you’re under the age of 18, you should not be legally allowed to be prescribed hormones that were developed to kill cancer cells. Any physician that prescribes hormones for children, should be barred from their medical license. I don’t think that there are any federal guidelines on the legality space for treating children with puberty blockers, that have such high risks for permanent damage, that cannot be undone.
We live in North Seattle, about 30min North of the downtown area, having moved into my husband's childhood home 4 years ago to care for his Mom in her latter years. Now that she has passed, we are getting her house ready to sell and get our family the heck out of here. Seattle is our lifelong stomping ground and we have many fond memories here. Between Chaz in 2020, the defunding of our police that has greatly increased crime, derelict leadership, homeless people literally taking over our sidewalks, and events such as the one you have depicted, the last several years have been an absolute nightmare. That fountain you highlighted is at the Seattle Center, a once family friendly area that includes the Pacific Science Center, the Children's Theater, the Children's Museum, an elaborate park, as well as a stadium and the Opera House. I am appalled and angry at the state of this once beautiful city.
My husband and I left the Seattle area back in 2015, retired to eastern WA. I would never return. Never. the only thing I regret is I never got go see an Opera.... anything by Verdi or Mozart, but its too late now. Love Opera. Oh, well. Too late now.

David (Bruce) Reimer's twin brother died July 01, 2002. He committed suicide by taking an overdose of his medications for schizophrenia. This totally devastated David Reimer.
I feel so sad for the kids. No kids should be put through this kind of emotional and physical pain.
