You sounded like an Idiot. In a clear constitutional breach, court has no business. It is the duty of the police to enforce what the constitution says. You appeared to be Wike support who is deliberately creating crisis in River state using court to confuse people.
The issue of defection should be handled by the court and not individual or group of individuals.

Is Mr Clark now the interpreter of the laws of Nigeria? the statement from Fubara is infantile,albeit stupid. It is not his place to determine what happens to the house of assembly, it is true that he bombed the house which is treasonable and can lead to the suspension of his immunity so he can face criminal charges.

As it's not in his place to determine what happens in the house of Assembly, that's the same way it's not in the place of the Assembly members to determine what Fubara does as a governor.

Fubara appended his signature on that truce with a blue pen instead of a red pen, so that agreement is not binding on the governor.In government legal documents are always sign with red pen.
Sambo, are you now blaming Tinubu for Rivers problems? After Pa Edwin Clark called on the president to broker a solution, Fubara agreed but refused to implement. How can you agree to a resolution and refuse to implement it?

There are specified gross misconduct that would warrant impeachment. In Fubara's case,there only reason is that he's not playing the tune of their master Wike. That's not enough reason to impeach.

1. Fubara wants to use caretakers in LGA instead of conducting election and u have not condemned it
2. The is not bureau of procurement in the state and the governor spend carelessly tasks payers money without due process and accountability and u have not said anything.
3. Fubara has refused to allow LG chairmen to function effectively without interference, for the past 2months some LGA has not been paid allocation and LG workers have not been paid especially those the governor perceived as enemies and u have said nothing
