Hey (to anyone reading this), Im not tryna lose weight but I just wanted to have more of a healthier lifestyle while making sure that I gained some muscle so here are some tips from me (i was cutting btw): So i would always track my protein and calorie intake where my goal was 80-90g of protein (due to my body weight being 45kg) and 1,500 calories per day. This also included a 40min weight training workout which would focus on one muscle of the body per day (workout 5 times a week and rest days were on the weekends). I would also use protein powder and never used any sort of canola oil. Olive oil was by far a lot healthier and made sure that I was consuming healthy fats during the day as well. So for breakkie i would make eggs in olive oil and have 2 whole grain toasts. I really advise anyone to not use white bread. It is seriously not a good option if your on a calorie defecet. I would also try to drink 3-4L of water and complete 10,000 steps on weekends (i didnt have time to walk that much on weekdays) and I wouldn't be afraid to include greek yogurt with a bunch of berries and fruits as a snack. Majority of my workouts were weight training but I would make sure to add a bit of cardio as well. Hope this helps!! :)
