Brenda, I think we learn better when we see the errors and the corrections happen in the videos. At least for me. Love me a fancy star block! This one is 100% a keeper, Brenda! ❤ I’m with @DottyKupsky on cutting and math errors, it’s far more important to know how to fix them. And the fix can often make a prettier presentation, like with coping strips. I do the same entirely too often to throw shade at anyone for it.

I have found that when I need to make fabric(poverty piece) that they are a lot less noticeable if you press the seam of the made fabric open. It lays flatter and doesn’t cast shadows. Love the block and the colors.
