DPS Troopers Arrest Human Smuggler After Uvalde Co. Pursuit

A smuggler led a DPS Trooper on a high speed pursuit in Uvalde County. The driver lost control and hit a pole, injuring one of the illegal immigrants inside. The driver was arrested and charged with smuggling. Three illegal immigrants were referred to Border Patrol. (Oct. 9, 2022)
