My dad used to own a S63 AMG from that 2011 era and it was actually decently reliable. Only breaks had issues. The electronics were actually great. Boy was that car fun. He owned it for about 7 years and it was amazing

Whatya thinking on the diesel Porsche Cayenne? I’ve been debating between a X5 diesel and Cayenne diesel for a while now.
That Jag XJL is the big girl I've been searching for for forever. I like a big four door car. They're comfortable and not usually ragged out as people buy them for comfort and not sport. I have a Mustang, and while I love my car, it's not good for road trips due to comfort. I have a New Grand Cherokee SRT and while it's comfortable and fast, it's not fuel efficient at all. A third car is in order and it's probably gonna be the XJL. Such a beautiful car.

My fav is the Esprit Turbo. Driving that could take me back to 1981 and make me feel like James Bond in “For Your Eyes Only”.
The Maserati was probably my favorite from this list. The jag was pretty nice too.

Instead of the Quattroporte you should have gone with the quattroporte sport GT. It too is under 20k and that’s how I got mine
Where did you find that Lotus Esprit listing? Cheapest I found on that site was just over $35k.....
The lotus can become a collectable, there are very few in the open market and it still looks very exotic.

I bought a 2011 cayenne s a year ago and it’s been nothing but reliable with 115k on the clock it breaks necks everywhere I go and gets all types of thumbs up plus it gets parked up front of valet restaurants its a win win all around the 400 hp is very athletic for the size of it
And in the film Pretty Woman Richard Gere drove Lotus Esprit Turbo.

My favorite is a car that's not even on this list, the Jaguar XK is under 20k and you can get a used XKR for under 20k also. it's also very sporty with it's v8 engine

As a Lotus Esprit Owner your info is a little off... Power Steering wasn't even put in till 1993, so lots of years without it. I have a 2002 so a V8 model. Biggest concern for this and the 4 cyl models. Timing belt tensioners. When they go bad you will have a bad day.
There is a reason Lotuses in the UK are referred by the acronym “Lots Of Trouble Usually Serious” and you are recommending people buy there there flagship model that was designed in the early 1970s?

I've always been a Quattroporte sucker, Our new house has a big shop so one may enter the fleet. The Ferrari block will become the base of the man cave coffee table at its first tantrum and we'll see what has to happen to LS swap the pretty four door.... And it may even get a manual.....

The Porsche is the best Value as it's nice, looks fancy, has a big interior design for your family AND reliable. The other's are cool but waste of your money.
