She won because the defendants broke their own rule. If she had fallen off the bull alone, she would've lost.

And then they did . Because they were in the wrong. They broke their own rule.
You know it really shocks me when people submit evidence without reading it.
I agree with the verdict on that one. Because one of their safety rules is one rider at a time. Instead they let their employee jump on with her. That was wrong of them.

What's bothers me is they broke there own rule for her safety. Because if he never hop on she would of had way more injuries. You almost got to merciless.. with your own rule.

I don’t think it was fair to not let the owner explain why the employee jumped on the bull. The sign for one person at a time appeared to be for customers. How do we know the trained professionals was not trying help her. The husband kept shouting out at the exact moment the owner was trying to answer the judge’s questions.
What about the fact that a worker got on behind her and possibly when she fell the worker contributed to the injury
Mrs. Anderson looked so scared when they pulled out that waiver. I’m glad she won because common sense would tell you not to put 2 people on it and that “help” on the bull more than likely meant it was going fast and she probably wanted it to stop
But she asked for help though 😂

Fair judgement this time even if the show is fake.
Why not stop the bull instead of a trained proffesional jumping on it when there should be one person at a time or you were trying to help?
I've never been on a mechanical bull. But I'm glad the plaintiffs won the case.
Starting Ms. Anderson off fast wasn't smart on the defendants' part. And the employee jumping on didn't really help. The waiver was signed but everyone needs to read, abide by and understand it. (Just like Brogdon said.) So, the defendants were definitely responsible for what happened. Ms. Anderson got severely injured as a result of the defendants' careless behaviour. In my opinion, this was a fair judgement.
They shouldn't let 2 people ride on a mechanical bull only one person
I thought the plantiff is going to lose the case until the waiver turns upsidedown on the defendant.We can't afford to break the rules we make by ourselves.their will be a big price to pay for...

Everyone knows the risk of injury when u are under the influence and riding a mechanical bull. I do believe the worker contributed to her injury since he was on it with her which made it even more unseafe and unbalanced. She also signed the waiver 😂
I ask myself every video of this judge....Hes bald.....no mustache....no beard....Just that Little Flavor Saver just a spec under his lip there.....😂😂

Yes, the ectra person cause the injuries, i seen he was holding her. But this extra weight cause more than just a normal fall.
Never signed documents. You have to read the fine print when you come to court they will use it against you in your case will get rolled out just so worried of advice.👩⚖️ the judge made the right decision on their behalf. She got injured very bad. You have to pay your bills operations are not cheap.
I have been on one and they start slow then it will get fast and I did not get hurt

Mechanical bull 🐂 why did the employee get on that mechanical boom? That’s the only reason why they won that case she gonna get straight paid from the judge cash money.
So why not sue the guy who jumped on with her? this judge might be responsible for the end of small businesses.

She did get in at her own risk but they worker jumped on making unbalanced and unsafe which caused the injuries be so bad if she was on by herself she would of lost
I see case after case someone does something dangerous knowing possible outcome regardless of whether they think I'll be careful or not. I've broken 2 discs in my back, damaged my arm nerve pain and knee pain, it's been proven I did it at work. Not trying to get work comp, not asking for money, not gonna sue I know the risk I do the job and I continue to do the job. I will never and have never sued anyone. It's low to sue someone. Don't take a risk and then later sue

both are at fault but ultimately the defendant is mostly wrong. 60/40

To me there was still only one rider. Imo the employee helping her is an operator, not a rider.
The fact that the worker was on the bull in a seated position makes him a rider, doesn’t matter if he was helping, they still broke their own rules.

I don't understand how about 90% of his cases result in huge money verdicts,He's one of the most biased arbitrators I've ever seeen most of someone breaks an arm arm or has any injury whatsoever he always gives the plantiffs less liability to make them win a huge amount of money, like 30k in medicals and 300k in suffering for a temporary 1 eye vision loss.
recommended to take any personal injury claim in front of a judge while hiring a lawyer, not an arbitration agreement like this so at least if he doesn't follow the law you can appeal.

But how would she product the worker jumping on the bull with her?
She would be in pain before she jumped on that bull and the fact it was taped it hard to mask the pain of a broken collar bone
