do the guidelines recommend the entire medication for ACS without troponin elevation, ie solely clinical angina?
Just to double check, are these guidelines still in date (2022)?

I thought if patient is going for PCI they only get aspirin, they do in our guidelines hmm
Not according to NICE, who say prasurgrel or clopidogrel with aspirin (according to whether anticoagulant on board) -- but local guidelines (including my own) do vary from NICE
