    Is it possible that having food stuck in your stomach for 8 or 9 days, can look like DKA. Or should I say turn into DKA? Due to the misfunction of the digestive System because you had a pound of food stuck in your belly for more than a week

    Thanks for the video. How would you differentiate this process from people adopting a ketogenic diet? I presume its because people will still produce insulin on a keto diet, despite rising ketones in the blood? Can some people on a keto diet develop ketoacidosis and if not what prevents this process from happening?
